Comfortable rooms, large comfortable bed, and a really good shower unit. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The swimming pool, although not large was a lovely place to relax, as was the jacuzzi. Although located away from the main town, it was very close to two shopping centres with a variety of shops and restaurants.

The cleaning staff did not replace the towels on the second day, and did not replenish the tea and coffee during our stay.

stopped overnight en route to ferry - Welcomed by lovely lady on reception who made sure we had everything we needed. spa facilities were great - the room was spacious and clean - ideal place to recharge after a long drive before continuing our journey - restaurant next door was fabulous

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA facilities were also very good for the price point.

There is nothing I could complain about. The industrial aspect of the building was initially a shock and the immediate location is also hardly scenic. Once within the hotel though all was pleasant enough and priced very competitively

A very nice hotel with spa facilities included in the room price, ample parking , nice bar area, we jumped in a taxi to a local indian restaurant that was very good.

Its very nice and cozy hotel. Rooms where we stayed were very nice, comfortable and had all we needed. Small terrace was plus for me to read and pass some relaxing time while child was sleeping. Pool and jacuzzi was very helpful to keep our boy busy when we are at hotel. Breakfast is basic but all was delicious.

The area suffers from millions of mosquitoes My daughter was severely bitten until we got to a pharmacy and applied a blocker The area around the hotel and in that area should be sprayed for biting insects

Easy access to Pau and a restaurant within walking distance. Lovely bathroom and attention to details such as kettle, fridge and box of tissues !

No complaints at all. We paid more than we usually do for a hotel room, but the facilities were better than we are used do, especially the spa.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They allowed us to store our bikes in a room. The pool area is nice. The breakfast is excellent and varied.

Not the most picturesque area but we knew that in advance.
