Great location able to walk with ease around the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We lucked out and found parking on the street which made it easy for our early morning departure, but from description we had thought it was guaranteed but after making our reservation we got a message that it was not guaranteed. The hotel staff was quick to respond with parking options.

First time there, I really liked the place, the location is perfect very close to the center. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was cosy and confortable I would definitely stay here the next time i am in Pau

Huge room with two double beds and a marble fireplace (!!!). Excellent location in the center of the town. Huge comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Good value.

Although it is clear that the management is doing their best to maintain the rooms with nice decorative touches, comfortable beds etc, the hotel shows its age. There is no lift, we had to wait for a few minutes for the hot water, etc. Personally I am willing to put up with these given the reasonable price and the excellent location, but this depends on each person's taste. Moreover, parking is not easy on the street so you will probably have to park in one of the nearby underground garages (which are not hugely expensive, however).

Clean, cozy room, very nice water pressure, secluded hallways.

The free Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible (Non-existent). I honestly don't think raising the price by a bit would be that much of a deal, however, it just makes me angry when you have to pay extra for something that is supposed to be included in the nightly price.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are recently redone, cozy and clean. The location is fine, just on the edge of the old center. The parking garage was only 10€ per night.

The sheets were poor quality and the pillows worse.

Cool quiet and comfortable with a good breakfast at a modest price. Note that there is no lift though, although Monsieur did help by taking one case to our to our room. Tour de France passed the front door.

Great hotel in the centre of Pau close to everything you need. Hotel was beautiful and clean and we would definitely stay there again.

Bed was a little hard for our liking but a minor issue and personal choice.

It's a cute old style hotel, which has not yet been wrecked by rampant modernisation. We found it to be delightful. The cleaner arranged our teddy bears neatly after making the bed - that was very cute :-)

The internet connection was patchy, but they are apparently trying to sort it out!
