The reception staff were friendly and helpful and tried very hard to speak good English. Our room was upgraded free of charge. It was a large family room, with the additional room to the side. The kitchen facilities were very good and we were able to prepare dinner. A local supermarket is within walking distance, within a shopping mall. We had a double aspect windows, the views were nothing special but we had plenty of light.

The crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were all located in a cupboards above the hotplate and sink, which if like us you are on the shorter side, you needed to stand on a chair to reach them. There were however adequate items available.

Unfortunately we were delayed getting to the hotel but reception phoned us en-route and then send us a text with the door code and the code to collect our key. It was very simple. Very pleased with the service. The room was as per the description. Plenty of cutlery and crockery and an easy to use microwave!

The crockery and cutlery is stored in an overhead cupboard, which is high up and hard to reach for people under 5'4" or 165m. The towels were more grey/white than pure white - obviously due to the way they are washed.

Perfect for a night on the way. Very comfortable beds, linen and cushions. Shower products for free in the bathroom. Easy parking, flexible check in, very friendly staff. Junior suite extended my expectations- 2 separate rooms, tea coffee, kettle and toaster ;) very clean. Amazing breakfast with pancakes, fresh orange juice, roasted nuts and good choice of cheese… Very good value for money

Location very quite even though is in centre. Very dog friendly the town is very dog friendly

Shame no air con as the weather was very very hot.maybe the company could consider installing some and increasing the prices a bit more as it is a very good value stay. We would recommend it to friends in spring or winter and would not hesitate in booking again here

Good hotel, a bit far from the city center, but only a 7–8 minute drive by car. There is convenient parking on-site, and pets are welcome, which is a big plus. The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was nice. However, the walls are a bit thin — you can hear sounds inside the room. Perfect for a short stay of 1–2 nights. The city itself is absolutely beautiful!

I had a well moment at this place. Everything was correct. The hotel is close to everything. You have many shops around. The room was great. In my opinion it's large and clean. The fridge is good too. The bathroom is also cool. My stay was well.

There weren't too many things I didn't like.

This aparthotel was a great find - it was like it our own studio flat. The kitchen facilities met our requirements. There were plenty of eating establishments close by and we were able to purchase some food and reheat this in the microwave provided. It was great to sit at a table and eat! As there was a shutter on the outside we were able to sleep with the patio door open and the shutter down, helping to keep us cool. The view of the Pyrennes from our window was something else. I will be rebooking this aparthotel next time we travel to Spain.

To be honest there was nothing that we did not like about the room. It met our expectations very well,

Good practical apartment for a family of 4. Kitchen well stocked and very clean. Close to bus route for 15/20 min journey into town in the evening. Next to supermarket and petrol station if on a driving tour or need basic supplies. Breakfast was good with wide selection.

No air con, We had fans with us but did have large doors and windows to open fully.

The room is adequately suitable and sufficiently clean.

The kitchen materials need more thorough cleaning. It would be better to provide high-quality soap for this purpose.

The room is a good size and comfortable. The location is good for onward travels and to visit Pau.

The safe number provided via text was inaccurate and led to over an hour after a very long day before we could get in. The out of hours number rang for a very long time and then issued another incorrect number, twice!!
