Convenient location. Good food.

18/10/24 I reserved a table in the restaurant via booking.com. Didn’t receive a response. On arrival receptionist confirm my table was booked. However restaurant manager had no record of table booking and said I should book the table direct with the restaurant which I a ludicrous statement to make. I only booked the hotel because of the restaurant. Reception needs to liaise with the restaurant not leave customers in limbo because they didn’t acknowledge my request. Very disappointed with the customer service.

This was a tip top stop off location on our trip from the UK to Spain. Lovely pool, relaxed, peaceful setting. The best of superking beds, crisp linens, quality pillows. And situated within the most delightful of urban out of town locations - clean, superbly landscaped, speed controlled avenues. Pau council bravo! Sundowners and breakfast were memorable. Great staff, friendly and all personable.

Rooms are small, really small, but if you plan for this you can accommodate!

Close to motorway. Good food. Breakfast lots of choice. Stayed here before.

Breakfast eggs & bacon tepid. So no change from when I stayed before and stated hot food needs to be hot and not tepid. €290 taken as a deposit. I then paid for the room separately so reception promised me the full deposit would be returned. Still waiting for return of the deposit.

The main advantage is the location not far from main roads. This was an advantage as we had been driving for most if the day. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good.

Everything was OK.

Very convenient from the motorway exit which is modern and clean with good parking, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were helpful and informative.

Breakfast was ok if lacking in a few areas and the coffee from the machine was not nice, not what we expect from a French hotel

The food in the restaurant was exceptional for a hotel. Had dinner there the night we arrived after a long drive there and was really impressed by the quality and innovation of the menu. I would go there again most happily.

Easy access. Car parking available on site. 24hr desk. Evening meal available. Limited menu but we thoroughly enjoyed our selections. Varied self service breakfast selection to suit most tastes. Room small but made good use of the available space. Large bathroom. All staff very welcoming and helpful.

This is a very comfortable 4 star hotel on the outskirts of Pau with easy access back to the motorway. It has a pool and excellent parking. The rooms, whilst not large, are comfortable and have everything you need including thoughtful extras like vanity kits. The staff are kind and helpful.

I liked it all. If I had any criticism it might be that the head barman or waiter created a bit of a theatrical panic over the dinner service. The restaurant wasn’t full and the other staff members were doing just fine serving dinner calmly and politely. He seemed to create drama which was unsettling.

Free parking with electric charge. Staff was nice. Pool was nice (shame for the lack of seats). Breakfast was good (except the coffee).

Not enough beach seats at the pool, although there was the space for it. Breakfast coffee was not good at all.

Our second stay and it won't be our last, I'm sure! This is a lovely small hotel, in an excellent location just off the motorway at Pau.
