The hotel was extremely well organised and prepared for travellers like me, who arrive late after a long drive and set off early. I phoned reception to ask how to check in late, and Ben gave me a very clear explanation (in English - which was very helpful, as my French is not good!) and the system worked perfectly, using the machine to get my keys/codes. The location was brilliant for the motorway and having a free, safe car park at the hotel was important for me. The bed was comfortable, shower good and the room was quiet. I would stay here again.

It's a bit worrying when you turn into a residential cul de sac and see the hotel. But looks can be deceiving. What do you want from a hotel? This scored on comfort, quiet, shower, staff. It's a bit basic but did the key things well. It's a bit like a Travelodge but a much smaller, local chain

Breakfast was a bit chaotic but that was because deliveries were late and floors being relaid. I'd stay again...but it's not a luxury hotel. It's a 5 min drive from. Abig shopping centre

A good value, no frills, over-night stay for a tired traveler. Room clean & modern, though spartan. I hadn't a clue where the establishment was in relation to Pau.. the 'ring' road it was located near, seemed to be very extensive. It's major asset, was the very likable staff.

Probably, the location - with a sat-nav, I'd never have found it. But it was very reasonably priced for single occupancy.

Lovely comfortable clean hotel friendly staff and great breakfast couldn't ask for more thanks for a pleasant stay . Also love the fact there are 2 pillows as you seem to be only place I know that does 2 much more comfortable to sleep with.. Definitely recommend will be seeing you again .

Bathroom was good, and it was nice to have a hairdryer. The TV in our first room didn't work so the hotel was happy to change our room. Very reasonable cost.

A bit more choice for breakfast would have been good.

The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The place is quite comfortably located if you need to get to the airport but don't want to stay right there. The room was clean, peaceful and comfortable and we had a good night sleep there. There was a simple breakfast but with different choices for your taste. When my daughter got suddely ill they let us keep the room for an extra hour so that I could organize our changed travelling plans.

The shower did not have a door so the water would inevitable go also the floor and so you have to wipe the floor dry with a towel after every shower.

Lovely breakfast, good choice of food and drinks. The room was as expected, clean linen and towels, and general cleanliness was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Quiet and comfortable. The chief receptionist/manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Great value and a perfect place to stay on a budget.

Check in times are a bit limited and you do need to drive or take a taxi if you want a restaurant meal. .

I've stayed here often and always enjoyable and staff always pleasant and good value for money and the past two visits over the past two weeks we had breakfast included in the price
