Very clean everywhere, big comfortable bed, TV, shower with three towels, desk, good simple breakfast, for €45 excellent value, what’s not to like, staff were fine.

On the booking form says reception opens at 17.00 to 21.00 weekdays, but no one turned up, then a resident came in and said you have to check in at another hotel about 40 metres away, which I did no problem, I don’t understand French maybe their was instructions I didn’t see, but an odd way of doing it, maybe receptionist sick?

Gated carpark, room was clean and fresh, lift made access easy to upper floors. Quiet at night. Good value for money

Sadly the Campanielle restaurant affiliated to the hotel was closed which was dissappointing as one of the reasons we chose the hotel was we know the chain and facilities and as travelling enroute they are convinient and you dont need to leave the premises to eat after a long driving day so this caught us out sadly.

Breakfast a little disappointing no croissants but only 6 euros so value for the coffee and orange juice 😋 Lack of signage to register at the hotel next door after a very long journey was not ideal

Easy to find Within walking distance to Auchan Supermarket The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful she heated our food for us and let us eat in the restaurant .Room clean bed comfortable.Very satisfied

Excellent proximity to Pau FC (purpose of visit) and Burger King just across the road for a convenient meal. The bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. Reception staff were polite.

No complimentary shower gel/shampoo - as an air traveller, I was relying on this due to fluid restrictions you can take in carry on bag. Shower curtain wasn't great and shower head was slightly faulty.

There was no cheese for the breakfast. I had to call receptionist 3x as there was no bread available, and even when she brought a couple pieces even though there were 10 people waiting for it and having breakfast at the same time.

Basic travel through stay, which was sufficient for us. Dog allowed, super! Just what we need!

The 2-3 person room needs some small redecoration work and some more, preferably closed, cupboard space actually suitable for 2 or 3 persons. A small refrigerator in the room would be a big plus.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds and adequate sized shower room, polite staff. One of the best hotels in France of the Premiere Classe hotel chain.

The reception is not in the main building but at the end of the parking lot as it is shared with another hotel.

A one night stopover driving from Northern France to South East Spain. Good size room..Wet room compact pod for shower etc. TV. Central location in Pau with restaurants ,petrol stations within a few metres! Just 10 mins in moderate traffic to historic centre of Pau. Fantastic value.

Signs to hotel entrance, signs to reception, signs to breakfast room etc could be better!
