The staff at All Suites were extremely helpful and friendly, the receptionist called us on route to check we would arrive before reception closed at 9pm. We thought this was a lovely touch. The bed and room we're perfectly comfortable and clean. We were given directions on places to eat in the evening, there were plenty of places to choose from. A good breakfast choice available on site too. We will very definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was a little dated but still perfectly fine and clean.

The accommodation was value for money and exactly as shown on the booking site. Perfect location and facilities for us while traveling through France. The staff were extremely friendly, good breakfast, and large car park was the bonus.

We were very friendly welcomed by the staff. They also gave us all kind of usefull information about Pau. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very practical to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was for the price good.

If you take two adjoining rooms, be prepared for the fact that there will be too many doors in the room and they will hinder your walking. The stoves in the apartments are quite old.

The desk staff were very helpful we both were not well and wished to book into to our room early of which was no drama The hotel was clear and near restaurants with a short walk. I would stay they again Although I am commenting as a down point it’s not the hotels fault they were excellent

The crappy french driver that scratched the hire car in the car park They are impatient, drive like fools. I’ve not seen a car on this trip without a dint or damage If your hiring a car get total insurance, it might seem your paying a lot out but it’s so far saved me from a huge bill!

Great place to stay en route to Calais, I booked a single room and it was perfect for one person. Staff were very helpful also. Next time I'd make use of the kitchen area instead of eating out. Lovely place, definitely recommend.

The only thing would be the breakfast, expensive for what is to offer but that could be personal preference as not a big fan of continental breakfasts anyway.

We have used this location as an overnight stop several times as having an apartment is better than just a basic hotel room.. The grounds are landscaped with greenery around the car park as well as in the central garden area. Clean and comfortable and well located.

The location for me is excellent - next door to the spa Calicéo and walking distance to the Zenith. Plenty of secure parking, efficient lifts, courtyard garden, reception open most of the day. My room was quite spacious (for 1 person) with a large opening window.

Kitchen is only really big enough to heat up food and not very well equipped. There was no bin or cleaning stuff, but these were available on request.

Very good chain hotel with convenient parking, cozy and clean room, comfortable bed, nice view of the courtyard, very nice and friendly staff at the reception. I liked everything. Thank you.
