We took a family trip to Tel Aviv and looked for a hotel that was next to the beach, had family rooms available and was service-oriented as we needed a lot of help with two very little kids. Renoma ticked all our boxes. The location is really unbeatable - a few steps from the beach (about 5-7 min walk to each of Gazoz beach and Frishman beach, our two favourite beaches with restaurants/ bars) and an excellent restaurant Bar 51 downstairs that really exceeded our expectations - we ate there 3 times in our 5 day trip - plus the cafe next to the restaurant, also connected to the hotel, serves excellent coffee and their breakfast package is served up in your room for breakfast so you don't need to schlepp the kids anywhere - very very handy! Staff were always obliging before and during the trip via WhatsApp and in person and super helpful. Beds were so comfortable! We booked the Suite with Balcony and although it wasn't as big as we expected it was still sufficient for the 4 of us. Bathroom shower/pressure is amazing. Didn't feel like we were in one of the busiest parts of Tel Aviv as the sound insulation from the street is excellent. Kitchenette is actually pretty well-stocked (Nespresso machine, kettle, crockery etc). We intend to come back to this hotel next year.

The dearth of shelf space in the bathroom to place toilettries on. A little shelf next to the wash basin would do the trick.

I really loved everything about this hotel - The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is also perfect. Only a few meters from the beach and right above the best wine bar in Tel Aviv (and a great coffee shop too). The room was of a decent size in Tel Aviv standards. Bonus point for the little breakfast box provided every morning. I wasnt expected it because it's not advertised on Booking but loved this kind gesture. It's definitely one of the best experiences I had. Although the hotel doesnt have a gym they give you free access to an amazing gym just around the corner - which in my opinion is much better as usually hotel lacks good gym equipment.

I liked everything - be mindful it's next to a busy area. It wasnt a problem for me and the noise level was quite low but if you are sensitive to noise it may be a problem.

Comfortable and beautiful room (we were upgraded to a suite - which was a great surprise - But I saw the original room and it’s exactly the same design and standard, but smaller). Room was spotless clean, located in a historical renovated building, with great design, and SUPER friendly staff. 50 meters from the beach, and walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!!

I’d rather have a bathtub, not a shower.

We had a lovely stay with our 18 month old daughter. We were kindly upgraded to a huge room with a terrace that included an outdoor dining table and daybed as well as a separate balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. Talia especially offered to come with us to buy our bus passes and help translate at the shop which we really appreciated. The room had everything we needed to cook meals inside and strong air conditioning (in the main area only, not bedroom) which was good for the summer heatwave. Great location across the road from the beach (with kids beach toys and shade canopies to borrow!) and near lots of restaurants. The cafe downstairs makes a great coffee! We used the hotel car transfer to and from the airport with their baby car seat included which worked well with a friendly, punctual driver.

Maybe some variety in the daily breakfast boxes would have been nice as we were there for a week, but everything included was delicious!

We liked everything. The staff is amazing and so friendly and accommodating, the service was outstanding. Upon our arrival, a bottle of Prosecco awaited us in the room, which was spacious and beautiful. In the morning, we received a breakfast box with delicious pastry, bread, jam, juice, and grapes, and they ordered us coffee from the downstairs cafe free of charge. I’ve never encountered such hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are regular customers of Renoma and we choose to stay there because they never lower their standards. Great service, amazing rooms. Everything is clean and spotless. The smell of the rooms and hotels is probably the best. Our host Itzik is always on hand, takes care of everything and this is why we always go back. We can’t wait for the next time!

our stay at Renoma was outstanding! I absolutely love the decor and vibe, the location is amazing, and staff and service are best I’ve encountered at a hotel. It’s a small boutique hotel, and the staff don’t take that for granted- they make every guest feel like a king and queen. Not only did they upgrade our room, but walked us up there, took care of luggage and showed us all amenities/ restaurant on site. We got a text in the morning letting us know our complimentary breakfast was waiting outside the door, and they booked us a couples massage we had been wanting that was previously unavailable . I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and we can’t wait until our next visit. thank you Renoma :)

Staff are incredibly friendly and go over and above to make our stay wonderful. Location is excellent Accomodation was spacious and very comfortable (we had two bedroom suite). We were extremely glad we chose to stay at Renoma

I booked the king suite and was given an upgrade to a suite and I had a sea view- it was fabulous! Room was great. The staff offered me a bike which I ride daily along the esplanade across the road from the hotel. It was so wonderful. The atrium is stunning with the hanging indoor garden
