The hotel owner, Rado, treats every gust as his personal friend staying at his home. His family started with a B&B more than 30 years ago and he has built his success one brick at a time. Rado can be seen everywhere during the day overseeing every little aspect of the service and helping his staff. He also owns a boat and can give you a personal seashore tour for a reasonable price. I did it with my kids ages 6 and 12, and they had a blast. It includes an entry into the Tyulenovo cave, however, we were not fortunate with the weather. The sea was a bit rough and building big swells at the entrance, which is only 2.5 m wide. Ask for Rado at the reception desk, and the boat tour and you will not be disappointed. This incredible personal touch is also embraced by the rest of the staff. There is a great deal of innovation including robots serving at the restaurant, which is more of an attraction to be seen at a small costal village. The view from the hotel is spectacular, and Tyulenovo offers a change of scenery with its cliffs and caves. If you are looking for a neat retreat along the Northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, put Tyulenovo hotel on top of your list.

Hard to point to a single thing that was lacking.

This is an excellent hotel with the most perfect location. Our stay was short, but very pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff. The view is magnificent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would want to go back there for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place, it is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is locked at night and the door opens after 8. My colleague could not exit it when they decided to go for a morning run.

Top location overlooking the rocks and the bay of Tyulenovo. The property is well maintained and clean. See view from all rooms, huge terraces.

The food was not good quality for value. Hard tomatoes and soft cucumbers served in the most agricultural area of Bulgaria is not a good compliment. Terraces are huge but with unconfortable chairs and small table - little improvement here would have a big contribution to client's experience.

Friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast. You just need to step out for snorkeling in the bay. The hotel is placed in a rocky area but there are nice sandy beaches not very far. They also have an AC charging station for electric cars.

The road is patchy so be careful when you drive. Hopefully it gets fixed, but we had no issues driving. Be sure to specify what type of coffee you want in the morning with the breakfast.

A very nice family hotel with extremely friendly staff. The view from the room was exceptional and even only for this I would come back. Maybe the restaurant menu could have a little bit more variety of sea food and light summer dishes, but overall the food was really nice.

The room was spacious, beds and pillows were very, very confortable, the walls were thick enough to not hear your neghbours, the view was nice and the breakfast more than enough. The stuff was also friendly and helpful.

The bathroom smelt a little awkward (sewer urine smell) and the draining pipe for the shower was blocked and the water came all over the bathroom floor. You might have a chance of parties/ celebrations in the saturdays untill 11:30 PM, for some might pe resonable, it depends on your sleep sensitivity

- the view from my room was incredible - so nice, welcoming, professional people - the room was very large, spotless clean - the bathroom was large, as well and very clean, with a music difuzor - free parking in front of the hotel - restaurant in the location -4 options for breakfast

-nothing related to the hotel -just be aware that it is a bit hard to reach the hotel ( coming from Kavarna) due to some not so good roads.

The people impressed us. My wife lost her ring in the bathroom, the hotel maid found it and they informed us by mail sending a photo with the ring. We promised them that we will return in 1 month to pick up the ring and spend another days in this hotel. Wonderful and reliable people. Breakfast was normal, 4 possibilities for 2 day spent.

Everything was OK for us

That was the best view we’ve ever had in hotels. We literally could enjoy the sea and the rocks without getting out of bed, an there are so many amazing views immediately out of the hotel

The only small thing I can ad here is the soup my little daughter didn’t like

Well, there is no beach with an immediate access to the sea, but only in several kilometers there is a ~20km sandy beach stretch at Tuzlata.
