The view is the highlight of this place. It is so mesmerizing that you can just spend the day in the apartment and watch the sea. Enjoying the sunset over a glass of wine/prosecco is a treat. Other than that the apartment was spacious, bright, with lots of light. There is a kitchen corner where you can cook something quick if you are not in the mood to go out. The staff was very friendly as well. We just didn't want to leave...

- It is worth mentioning that all food options are around 10 mins away by car. The nearest beach is also around 10-15 mins away. The complex is located in a somewhat remote area and it can only be reached by car via a not so well maintained but still asphalt road. That being said, you just need to plan things a little bit, it is no deal-breaker. - Another minor thing to improve is to add some spices in the kitchen - just some basics such as salt, pepper, vinegar and oil would help a lot.

What I liked most was the location (it's very quiet, perfect for a great rest), the room is spacious and bright, the terrace is even suitable for sunbathing if you don't feel like leaving the room (they have sun loungers), and the view is absolutely wonderful. This is a place I've been returning to for three years, and where my family, friends, and I feel very comfortable.

There isn't anything I disliked, but I would recommend having hairdryers and disposable slippers for guests (sometimes we forget them on vacation, and it would be very useful to have them in the room).

We booked for one night and loved it so much we stayed an extra night, the view is breathtaking it’s exactly like the photos show. We stayed on the 4th floor the room opposite the lift it was perfect I recommend that room. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The sofa was comfortable the bed was very comfortable we loved the pillows everything was clean. The kitchen had an electric hob and oven kettle toaster microwave coffee machine & plates cups glasses utensils etc. constant hot water. Powerful shower bathroom was clean and nice. There was even a washing machine in utility cupboard. There is a lift. Carpark is secure with barrier & security there 24 hrs. The staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful we had a puncture & the manager inflated the tire. The security men were lovely. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment it was the best place we have stayed & didn’t want to go home we would happily stay there forever! The view is one we will never forget. Kavarna is lovely we have been going for years it’s a quiet pretty place there are shops and restaurants all near by. A short drive away is Balchik which is also lovely with sea front restaurants and little shops all along the front. If you like quiet and pretty scenery & sea views this is the place for you. We recently stayed at this accommodation, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat, exactly what we were looking for. The penthouse is very spacious, with a large living room, a huge balcony, and an upstairs room with stunning panoramic views. The terrace was also a highlight, providing an ideal spot to watch the sunset or to stay up late and watch the Perseids under the starry sky. A big plus are the balcony windows from the first floor that are fully opening, which seamlessly integrate the kitchen and terrace into an open-space experience. There is only one bathroom shared between two bedrooms, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s manageable. While the access road is currently under construction, it’s still drivable, and the section being worked on is quite short. You can reach the beach on foot in about 20 minutes at a brisk pace, but be prepared for an uphill walk on the way back. Alternatively, you can easily drive to the beach and park nearby, making access very convenient. There are a few restaurants close to the beach, but during the peak season, reservations are recommended as there aren’t many options in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will happily return in the coming years. It’s also worth noting that a new complex is being built next door by the same developer, which will include a pool also.

Amazing view. Big rooms. Very clean and modern. Very nice staff.

The only issue is the lack of a shower cabin in the main bathroom. The only water drain from the shower was through the central siphon, which resulted in a large puddle throughout the room. But still not annoying enough to affect the excellent overall impression.

We love it here and came back several times, especially for the amazing view. It's clean, decent size for a family, with equipped kitchen and washing machine. Small playground for kids outside.

What we missed: a dishwasher and a freezer area in the refrigerator. The sofa is not super comfortable to sleep in, but decent though.

The location is near Kavarna, isolated, on a very high cliff. It's not a hotel, but more like an apartment complex. The view is incredible. Also, the sunset view is amazing, and the nature near the complex is really nice and well maintained by the owner. The rooms are big, the windows also big and the sea view is like in the pictures. The bed was confortable, and the room was very clean. I think the property is probably the best quality for Kavarna. You can go to the beach from Kavarna by foot, but It's not very easy, we recommend clearly to go by car 15 minutes to Bolata beach, which is much nicer. The property is guarded 24/7 and the staff was helpfull and nice.

The only one which is a real problem is that the building is not sound proof isolated. So if you are unlucky and the neighbours have a kid, or a dog, or a party, or the cleaning staff is working starting with 7 am, it is impossible to sleep. If you are the tourist with the dog, or with the kid, or with the party - this won't bother you. But if you are the tourist looking for silence and serenity in such a beautiful and isolated place, this will be a minus. Another one is that the kitchen hoods are not really do their job, meaning that when another guests are cooking, the smell is spread in other rooms.

The view is what you pay for.

The room needs some upgrades as some of the things have signs of longtime use.

The building sits on a cliff so the view from up there is amazing, beautiful sunsets. The apartment was clean, well equipped and they also provided a cot with an extra ticker mattress. I always appreciate this since there are so few hotels investing in an extra mattress for the travel cot. We also received 2 coffees and a water, complimentary. The building is at about 5 minutes by car from Kavarna's beach and from a very good restaurant. They also have bikes, a very nice playground and parking on the premises. The personel was very friendly.

Unfortunately, we did not like that we heard almost every sound our neighbours made :) ( and I mean every sound). Also, one evening there was a restaurant down the cliff where there was a party, due to how our hotel is positioned the music felt very loud. The road towards the hotel is either in construction or through a not so pleasant village. However all of the above are not through the fault of the hotel so since there war far more good things then bad they deserve a good mark.

The best was the view and the host , Siana. She was very nice and helpful , always with a smile on her face and that make our stay a very welcoming one. We went with our dog and they were very nice with him also .

We like everything. Maybe it will be nice to add in the future the breakfast option but even so, we had a kitchen and we made our own.
