It's incredible how much you can get at such a fair price! The room was very spacious, spotless clean, all the amenities were in good condition! I got a room with a pool view and the balcony was very nice for chilling in the evenings. The staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and always cheerful. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was amazing! The price for it is symbolic considering the many options you get (including Camembert cheese and prosciutto, for God's sake). Location is great for the gardens and palace, plus many restaurants and shops but the sea is downhill and indeed a bit far. I had a perfect stay however. Would be happy to visit again!

Really happy with the place, very clean, good deal for the price-offer, breakfast for everyone (meat eaters or vegetarians), very helpful and nice staff, two parking lots that you can use,so you don't have to cross the entire complex of buildings, green and clean gardens with sun and shade, 5-10 minutes away from the Botanical Garden (must see!) and Queen Maria's Palace. I would warmly recommend the place for anyone and probably will return!

Wireless was the only bad thing there, or maybe our room was far away from the router, but anyway a vacantion with less internet is healthier 😁

Everything was great! Friendly staff, nice interior garden and pool. Close to city centre (Castle). Very good price. Room was quite spacious, the mini fridge even has a mini freezer (which works great!).

Bathroom needs some love. No delimitation between shower and rest of bathroom (only a curtain). Old and degraded fixtures. However, it was clean. They have parking lots, but it's not a guarantee that you will find a spot. Especially, when a bus is occupying 1/4 of it :))

It was a wonderful vacation! The hotel is well maintained, there are many vacationers who have been coming to this hotel for several years. Here you can relax well. Breakfast was varied and there was plenty to choose from. Fruits, baked goods. .... The hotel is very well located, in close proximity to the botanical garden, close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants! Special thanks to the staff and administrators for their excellent work and attentive attitude towards vacationers!!!!

The room was decent, but it definitely had that vintage charm. That vibe extended to the whole complex. And hey, they've got a pool! We haven't had the chance to take a dip, but they made sure to clean it every morning, which is a nice touch. Plus, there's a billiard table and a ping pong table for some extra fun. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. Same for the dinner. The coffee was a bit of a letdown - it ran out of milk and just spurted hot water. They had a bunch of tea bags to choose from, though. The ladies working there were super nice and attentive.

The room had this weird (not in a good way) smell, probably from the plumbing. The bathroom and shower could definitely use a little makeover.

Breakfast was amazing true to description when booking even thi I'm vegetarian I still enjoyed it absolutely fab n the staff wer amazing n so friendly n tried there way if communicating with me as I spoke English n they didn't not so well but still got thru me so great👍

I can't fault it really my room was great view with balcony n sea view n facilities in room wer great fridge kettle drinks I cud have anytime n room cleaned everyday n cleaner was so pleasant n friendly so yes loved it

We booked half Board variant( breakfast and diner) But because don’t was Any tourists, At the restaurant was not organised a sewdish boufet, like it Say on site and the chef was prepared something like he thought for dinner😂😂 not Funny when you are vegetarian and the waiter arrive At you with some meat Verry far from the sea Chiliene swimming pool was not working

The staff is very good. They are so helpful and supportive. Even just for the staff, it is worth coming back.

Good location. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea.It is close to the bus station, the Rose of Bulgaria shop, and there are also good restaurants nearby.

Was such a nice place to visit and stay the staff where lovely and very helpful 😊 The hotel was very clean and well looked after we only spent 1 night here but it was the best night's sleep I'd had all week very comfortable It was so peaceful absolute bliss I would definitely stay here again
