This hotel is an exceptional one. It is very close to the beach, like 5 minutes walking without kids, 7 minutes with kids. The room was clean, the bathroom was newly renovated. The parking is in front of the hotel and the parking price is normal, not extreme like in other places. The all inclusive bar was perfect. The food from all 3 main meals was great. Good food and always 5-6-7 choices, more than enough to eat different each day and not to get bored (this if you don't eat a little of all at each meal). The food was very good. Even hotel staff (waiters, bartenders, receptionists) were eating from the same food it was offered to the guests. They always waited till the end of the meal, and only after they served from what was left. But this makes you feel very confident that the food is perfectly clean and with good ingredients. The pool was good and it even has a small playground for the kids. There is something very important here: there is natural shadow from the trees next to the pool and for the outside tables. It is great to have these trees and all the beautiful flowers there.

I think there is nothing to say bad for the price given. You always need to look at the price given when calculating whether something is good or bad. What I didn't like is the too low booking score for the services offered at the given price.

It exceeded my expectations,3 star hotel but with outdoor pool,great food,AC in the rooms ,balcony with table and chairs, cattle for coffee and tea,we needed a doctor called reception and within 10 minutes we had the doctor in our room,we needed our door lock battery to be replaced,imidietly maintenance person was sent to arrange everything,we had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us on arrival , great value for money

They can change the deck chairs or do cushions,coz uncomfortable but otherwise all was great

The hotel is close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk) and very cozy. Clean room, spacious balcony, good toiletries. Lovely pool. Big dinning space (at the restaurant and outside by the pool). Big reception hallway and bar.

Although rich in options, not the brightest breakfast ever (it depends on how picky you are). Other than that, no complaints.

It was an awesome stay. The room was ok, the food was great and the bar was good as well. Please note it is an 3 star cheap all inclusive hotel. But, for the price given it is awesome. Don't expect to have Finlandia, Absolut, Sheridan's or other things like this at the all inclusive bar. This is unrealistic at this price. But the booze they have is more than enough and ok. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. They are respectful and eager to help however they can.

Good value for money and awesome hotel policy and personnel. We had a car problem on the road and we were 1 day late. We called the reception, informed them of our problem and that we will be 1 day late. We took full responsibility to pay for the 1 night we missed but kindly asked them if it is possible to receive a discount for that night, to pay only for the room, not for the all inclusive food and bar. The hotel was so nice that they took out 1 night completely from the price. So, we payed 1 night less because we didn't arrived in time from our fault.

Nice normal hotel. Beds were comfortable and location is super good

Room was not very clean, we had two single beds and wanted to move them a bit further away from each other. There was a lot of dust, trash and even candies under the bed.. Toilet seat was leaking also. Otherwise all good.

The location is great, right next to restaurants and 24/7 markets, with good access to the beach. The terrace was great, spacious yet intimate, amazing for hanging out with friends after a long day.

The cleaning MUST be improved, the towels and bed lining smelt really bad, like they had not been cleaned in a long while (the hotel should really consider buying laundry softener) and the tap water is actually horrible (rancid smell with a hint of chlorine).

Very nice hotel. It is a nice 3 star hotel. I had a 6 nights stay with my family (me, my wife and 2 kids). We had all inclusive. The food was great. There is quite a good variety of food in all the 3 meals of the day. Very good food. The bar is a normal all inclusive bar so it is perfect. For the value payed it is a perfect 10!!!

It was a very cheap and nice hotel. It is a great all inclusive 3 star hotel. It gives you exactly what you pay for but presented in a very nice manner. The food was good and with enough different choices each day, the bar was always accessible during all inclusive service, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily, bed sheets were changed daily.

Renovated, clean, good air conditioning, polite and helpful staff, perfect location, very good value for the money.

Difficulty to find a parking place in front of the hotel, my car was hit on the parking in front of the hotel. The stairs going down outside the hotel were surrounded by filth. The breakfast quality can be improved.
