I was very impressed by this hotel. Despite the low price, it offers a lot. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, and the manager is exceptionally kind—such kindness is rare to find. The food was okay, and during the three days I spent there, it was quite varied.

If I were to suggest one thing, it would be to invest in fitted sheets — they would be a great addition.

- The lady from the reception was very nice and efficient. - The staff are very kind and with a smile on their faces from morning to night, every time we went to the restaurant they will always greet us. - The hotel has a large free parking lot, this it's a nice thing to have - The location of the hotel is on the main street near shops, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, etc. The beach it's 5 minutes walking distance. - The rooms are cleans and they take the garbage everyday. - The water in the pool is clean (there is a very kind and friendly lifeguard, he kindly helped me with the inflatable mattress without me even asking ☺️). -The rooms are large, with balconies, equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, old TV. - I loved the shower, very good pressure for the water. - The food is good, diversified, you can choose from (1/2 soups each, 4/5 main courses each (ham, salami, more types of cheese, pasta, chicken, beef, potatoes, green beans, broccoli, potato dishes, etc.), several types of salads, fruits , cakes. - The drinks are fine from what I tasted, you have a few average cocktails available. I don't drink beer but my finance did and he said it's good. I was very satisfying by the service for this price. We came in June 3-10 off season and we booked in advance so we got a good deal ~ 400€ for 7 nights all inclusive

- The AC didn't work properly, maybe it was old or they should make a maintenance for it - The coffee was not good, it was instant coffee, if you want a good coffee you can buy one from restaurants near by - The bed, the mattress and the pillows were not comfortable for my taste. Besides those you can't complain, everything was good, but as I already said, you can't expect more for this price. If you have more expectations you need to pay more of course, for this price you can't get more then this.

It was a perfect stay for us, as we expected of course. What we did not expect is the fact that this hotel has all the attributes to be a 4-star hotel, not a 3-star one. The communication skills of their staff, the instructions received for everything I needed, the apartment fully prepped for our arrival. Every day the room was cleaned and the trash was emptied, even if there was only a napkin in the bin. A big plus and a score of 20+ for all the hotel staff and especially for the restaurant staff. Incredibly caring with any cutlery dropped on the floor or any other problem that was immediately solved. I saw reviews in which it was said that the food at all inclusive is not diversified. I would like to ask those who left the reviews, what does "diversified" mean for them? If they want lobsters, champagne and truffles, they should try some more expensive hotels. The food was different every day, morning, lunch and evening with many dishes to choose from. The taste was clearly 10/10! The same with the parking lot. Even though the parking lot was full of cars, the staff who took care of the cars managed in such a way that there was room for everyone. Incredible! ( 0 scratches even if I was a little skeptical when I left the car key at the reception :D ) I will probably revisit & recommend.

Unfortunately, even if I am Romanian, many Romanians spoil all hotel experiences. And I am sure that it is the same at all hotels in Bulgaria. From arguments over food (even if there was food for absolutely everyone), to pushing and shoving and occupying the lounges with towels from morning to evening to get a seat at the pool. So, what i recommend for the hotel staff: I saw a lot of posters with rules at the restaurant, at the bar and at the pool. Unfortunately, they were all easily violated by many people. !!!!!!!!!!!! Apply your rules strictly, maybe even with fines and I'm sure that many people will return to your hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased. First of all, the food was simply excellent – the variety of dishes and the quality of the ingredients were pleasantly surprising. The location of the hotel was also very convenient all the major attractions were within walking distance. The staff deserves special praise – everyone was polite, responsive, and always ready to help. Considering that this is a three-star hotel, I believe it fully justifies its cost. You shouldn't expect luxury conditions, but for the price, you get excellent service and comfort. I can definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Internet speed, but not critical.

The food and the accomodation were good, perfectly fitting our expectations. We both enjoyed the large shower cabin. The staff was very nice and understanding. Very good value.

WiFi reception was really bad in the rooms (practically non existent), but alright in the lobby (still not that good though). Beds did not have a fitted sheet and the main sheet would come off the mattress during the night. Mattresses were soft (though that may be preferred by some).

The first thing that i liked about this is was the fact that the hotel has a parking place, so we didn't have to worry about finding one elsewhere. Everything was ok, the food was good, tasty and fresh, maybe not as diverse as some would like, but for us it was more than enough. The drinks were ok, they have cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes from a soda dispenser/soda fountain. For non-carbonated drinks they have water, orange flavour juice and apple flavour juice served as well from a didpenser. They also have alcoholic drinks and cocktails. The coffee drinks are based on some kind of instant coffe, decent enough if you are not very picky. The hotel's pool was clean, it has a part for the kids and a part for adults. There are a few sunbeds by the pool, with mats and umbrellas, so you can relax. The room was clean, the air conditioner was working. The bathroom was clean, too.

Nothing to complain about from my point of view, maybe the thin walls, you can hear noises from the other rooms. Other hotel guests were pretty quiet. Keep in mind that this resort is full of party people, so it might be suited for younger travelers. Sometimes at night you could hear all the adolescents shouting in the street, while partying or going to their hotels. But if you consider the price and all of the facilities this hotel provides, i think it is a good bang for the buck.

Everything and everyone was amazing! The staff was so friendly and our experience was exceptional! The food was more than enough and very delicious. The hotel is right next to a 24/7 supermarket so we could make very quick snack runs even in the middle of the night :) There are a lot of things to see and visit close by: we went to the Aquapark and the mini golf for example. The beach is also 5 min away walking distance. There was a free parking with a very nice man that took such good care of our car! We would definitely come again and recommend it to our friends 😊 Thank you again for everything!

Very friendly personal, clean hotel, about 5 min.to beach, good food but not so various. Finaly good price / offer option for a good vacation.

Dinner is until 20 PM, so you have to leave beach at 19 , is to early after a sunny day, I think it 's most confortable until 21 PM,for guest to not hurry from the beach . Warm alcoholic drinks at the pool bar , and in the restaurant. You can get ice ,just if you ask , and if they have. 2 times there haven't. Finaly, it 's a good place for a cheap vacation !

We stayed in a pleasant room. The furniture is a little old,but very functional. The bed is big and it has 2 adjacent mattresses. The wifi does not reach all the places in the hotel. The hotel has a private parking with gate, so the car is safe. The food is ok. You have some choices. If you want peace and quiet, it's not really the best choice. It's near the center and there are alot of people,cars and music. The beach is very near. There is a non-stop supermarket in front of the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Everything it was perfect, amazing staff starting with the young man from the reception that he made us feeling very welcome from the first interaction. The staff from the restaurant very very kind all and of course the manager from restaurant that he always did the best to ensure that all the guests were well and pleased. Thank you
