I was surprised to see that the hotel was renovated, the location is very close to the beach, rooms are clean, food was not a big variety but it was good, it is an very peaceful and relaxing location , the receptionist was very kind , the staff at the restaurant is kind and refilled everything as fast as possible

The younger barman was very rude, he gets mad if you don’t understand his language , he yelled at me for asking for coke(told me to leave him alone ).the older barman gives alcohol to my 9 year old child, he asked for an non-alcoholic cocktail (with juice) and he put vodka right in front of me (his mother). The bar starts at 10:00AM and ends at 21:00 PM, everything else you have to buy. The pool closes at 17:00 PM

Parking place - full and chaos; The alley for the pedestrians to the sea side is a street for cars, no sidewalks.

- Great location, very close to the Golden Sands beach (cca 5 minutes walk) as well as Riviera beach (also 5 minutes, much less crowded) - After reading other reviews we were scared as people wrote that beds were really uncomfortable, that rooms were really dated and old.. however, our room exceeded the expectations as it was quite modern (simple, but nice) and matrasses were new, so the beds were comfy - Personnel was nice, especially the always smiling cleaning lady who cleaned the room regularly (even mopped the floor) - We had a balcony which was useful to dry our towels and swimming suits - Nice garden area with good wifi, bar, trees and shadow - Big pool was a plus - Good value for money

- Terrible smell in the bathroom - Wifi not working in our room, only in the reception/garden/pool area - We run out of soap in the middle of our stay and this was not refilled - No A/C in our room, it was not extremely hot during the nights so it wasn't that big of a problem, but would be nice

The hotel was close to the sea.

The hotel area is very dirty. A very big disadvantage is that then use plastic cups for drinks in the hotel. I don't want to imagine how many of them they throw away a day. The restaurant was dirty, there was a lot of dust. Towels had not been changed in the room for five days and toilet paper had not been delivered.

Small parking, I didn't have space for parking, and the cleaning woman didn't come at least once to change the lien or wash the floor.

The location is perfect, surrounded by greenery and near the beach.

The main and only issue was the cleanliness!!!!! We have informed the property, but nothing was changed. The cleaning ladies only changed the sheets and that was it: no vacuum, no wash up, nothing... basically the rooms remained as dirty as they were initially. I've travelled with a group and we all assumed that we'll not have something luxurious, taking into account that is a 3* property, however, the cleanliness is simply missing and that's disturbing and dissappointing!
