The hotel is right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly. The food was very good and varied. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is amazing. We had everything we wanted. The cocktails are very nice!

Nice little hotel right on the beach. Free parking onsite. Food was absolutely amazing! My special thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff! Cocktails and coffee were so so, which is typical for Bulgaria. The beach is quite well-kept and clean. Strangers are not allowed to stay; however, they can walk along the beach. You can get a beach towel there, no need to bring your own. There is a terminal bus station for the bus which goes to Varna, right near the hotel territory entrance.

There was an issue with the coffee in the mornings. There was only one coffee machine, but many people wanted a morning cup of coffee, which constantly led to long lines forming. Would be nice to put at least two. The guy on the reception misled how to get to Varna by bus. particularly in terms of bus tickets, info found on the internet was more precise.

The position of the hotel is great, it's right next to the beach. The Riviera resort has a lot of green space with pastures, great old trees and places to walk. You have free parking. Great place for relaxation but not if you want partying and loud music. The fruits and sweets were always good. Coffee sucked, and alcohol was ok. The bathroom was very small, you have to be careful inside and close the door to acces the toilet, but the room is decent size and everything looked new.

The food was not so tasty and diverse. In the morning was always eggs, bacon, sausages, beans and pancakes.

There was quite a bit variance of food and it was good, even if there were some which i didn't personally like, I could always find something I liked. Good selection at the all inclusive bar. The room had air conditioning which we could turn on or off, it was also clean and the bed comfy and big :D. Plenty of parking spaces (did arrive just before the beginning of the season though) . The beach was very very close to the hotel and just as a notice after 4-5pm the beach is shadowed by the hotel, but you can move sideways a bit if you want more sun so its not such a problem. The staff was quite friendly also :) .

Sometimes the bread was not too fresh and to reach the main promenade you would have to go a long-ish detour or via the beach only, at the gate in the parking lot it would have helped if a door was there accessible via card or something.

The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the towels changed and the personal really nice! The confort is there, the beach is nice, the sunbeds also. The only thing that was not ok for us is the ventilation, in the rooms and in the restaurant, it is really cold and we cought a cold because of them, the ones in the room are in front of the bed and you cannot stay without, but, with it the air blows in your head.

The food variety, in some days at lunch and dinner were just foods with a lot of greese or just full of condiments, I appreciate the culture but not all Europeans eat so many condiments and greese, the lasagna tasted like perfume because of the condiments and also for someone who doesn't eat or drink sugar is not as vast, only cola zero. It would be nice to have some sugar free sweets and also juice. The rest of the food was really good!

Perfect for families looking for a beach vacation. There is also a pool with an attached restaurant that is included in the all-inclusive. The food is not gourmet but excellent, there is always a good selection and the food is fresh and delicious. We enjoyed it very much, highly recommend.

We didn't understand why we weren't allowed to sit on the other beaches in the Riviera complex. They could also give us access to the other beaches because they have more beds. Another thing is the exit to the promenade, it's a shame there's no direct access from the hotel to the promenade because the gate is there but locked.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful, green private area with excellent security. The property is ideally located right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds available both by the sea and the pool. The gym and pool are conveniently located at the nearby Riviera Hotel. The food was very good, and our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The bathroom was quite small (around 2x3 m), and although there was an espresso machine in the room, no capsules were provided. On the first day, we didn’t have any bottled water in the room, and there was no minibar. Beach towels were not included, and there were no slippers or robes available, which would have added to the comfort.

We had a great time together at Nympha Hotel this year! What we enjoyed most about this hotel was its location. Right on the beach, with access to a private beach, in a pretty remote and quiet area, but easy access to shops and supermarkets. The beach was clean thanks to the staff (and not the tourists, unfortunately), the sunbeds were comfortable and we had enough umbrellas. The rooms were clean, with updated furniture and working appliances, and the room service came daily to change the bed sheets, towels, clean the place and refill the fridge with water. Food was super tasty and diverse, there were always options for any taste or diet, with a lot of choices in terms of sweets as well. The coffee was not great, but not awful, the coffee machine from the snackbar being a better option. We had a pretty good list of options for drinks as well, both in the dining and snackbar areas. The staff was very friendly and nice, from reception to cleaning or the bar, which was awesome. Overall, it was a very pleasant holiday and we would definitely choose Nympha Hotel again if we were to stay in Golden Sands! Thank you!

Coffee could be better The pool area was pretty far (Nympha Hotel is part of Riviera Complex and they had only one pool for the entire resort).

The atmosphere as well as employees were really nice, food also good, from fish to chicken, salads and pasta. Being right on the beach is just great and everyone makes sure you have a good stay. The room was clean and any need was fulfilled quickly. I highly recommend the hotel !

There was nothing in particular that I did not like.

The hotel is located right on the beach, being able to participate in the unique spectacle offered by the sunrise right from the room's balcony. Clean beach with fine sand and comfortable sunbeds. The menu is very tasty and varied. The Riviera resort ,of which the hotel is a part , is absolutely wonderful, an oasis of relaxation.

Cleaning was done daily, but the bed linen was never changed. The towels are a bit worn.
