The hotel is conveniently located, just about a 7-minute walk to the beach. The meals were excellent, even for picky eaters. The restaurant staff was well-behaved and polite, despite working long hours, from around 6/7 AM to 11 PM. The reception team were excellent, always addressing our concerns promptly. Bartender inside the hotel 👍🏻 The rooms were in good condition with fresh repair. By the end of September, the outdoor pool was 23°C, but the indoor pool was comfortably heated to 29-30°C.

Cleanliness could have been better in the whole hotel. We stayed at the end of the season, and during the last days of our stay (September 27-30), the cleaning staff did not empty our trash and replenish toiletry stuff. Additionally, it seemed that the nightstands hadn't been cleaned before we checked in, as we found hair and a forgotten croissant in them.

Good location, good staff and a good value for youre money. It's a perfect place to spend your holiday with your family. The room was big and spacious, we also had a balcony from where we could see the sea. There are spaces in the hotel where you or youre kids can spend time and have fun. The food was great and you could always find something to eat. Big plus for the animation team and the Restaurant staff, they work very hard to please you and they really bring a plus value to this place.

The water in the pool was a little bit cold and the drinks are a bit diluted.

This was our third time here, and we enjoyed every time. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We want to give special recognition to the baristas at the lobby bar—they were fantastic! Everyone made sure we felt well taken care of. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday greeting, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience!

In the snack bar, the staff could be a bit more friendly.

Stews were excellent, chef was clearly an expert in those. Overall also the best all inclusive food I have had. Male bartender was also higly professional, very polite and tentative. As a Finnish, private sauna was really nice touch. We were staying on off-season, so it was free for prior notice once a day (30min). Jacuzzi was also included in the reservation. Free beach area was really near.

The AC was central unit, so the cooling was not the best.

Rooms are clean and big, comfortable bed, good food, except breakfast, every meal is different from one day to another, our room was cleaned every day except 1 day (we stayed 8 days), staff is very friendly even if not all of them speak English. Shows for kids every day, during the day and evening. Playgrounds inside and outside. Overall, great holiday, good location and very close to the beach.

The only 2 things we did not like were the poor quality of the WiFi, we had to use data roaming and the second thing, the glasses from the beverage section in the restaurant were barely cleaned. Lip marks and grease on all of them, I had to wipe them every time. Except those, everything was clean and nice.

The only bad thing was that we are smokers and smoking was forbidden in most areas ( pool, bar, the terrace's restaurant). The meals very good, the rooms very comfortable and clean, the elevators worked good.

Pros: the rooms were big and the twin beds were comfortable enough. We attended the dinner and Breakfest as part of the all inclusive package and we were very happily surprised with the good food served! There were plenty of options - from salads, sandwiches, meats and cheeses, traditional Bulgarian food, desserts, drinks, etc etc. The bar was open until midnight, which was good. The pool wasn’t too cold and a large size.

Cons: there were spiders in the corners of the bathroom. There was a ping pong table, but you had to buy the pong balls and paddles yourself, which is weird. It took a few hours for the wifi to start working. The pool closed at 6PM, which is way too early!! The employees working at the Spa were too aggressive with convincing us to buy a massage.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach without having to climb stairs. Great food! We appreciated the good taste, the variety and freshness of all our meals. The staff was always friendly and smiling, no matter how tired they were at the end of the season.

Maybe improve the elevators, they are sometimes difficult to catch

Food was different everyday, pool is really clean, staff is really friendly.

The cleaning team did not come to our room to change the towels and refill the shampoo/shower gel. We stayed 4 days, and on 3 ocasions we spotted the cleaning lady in our neighbours rooms, but never came to ours, and we didn't ask because we tought it was going to happen without our intervention.
