The room was big , hotel clean. Food was ok, you have options and where to choose from. Its ok.

We forgot some coins on the table in the room and they wanished. Asking reception was like talking to a robot, we were responsable for the money stolen. Anyhow the amount was around 18 leva, not too much but still. Far from the beach!!

Big room with sea view, good location, good pool ,good breakfast

Not clean enough, the bathroom isn't very good looking,there is no shampoo and shower gel,just liquid soap,in the restaurant a lot of dirty plates, I have just a breakfast,but thought will have ultra all inclusive as it's written in the name of the hotel ,not Fair!

Good breakfast, big and clean room, good wifi, nice swimming pool, good ice-cream.

Not actually a 4 star hotel, poor quality of beer and juices. Except breakfast, the variety of the food can be improved. Do not allow people to take food in the room, so much people in the elevator with plenty of plates full of food. Except room service when is something organized.

Really close to the beach - only 25-30 steps and about 5 min walking distance Beds, cleanliness, bathroom - great Cleaning ladies very friendly - though they didn't speak any ather language but bulgarian Great welcome gift - tasty wine Good working air conditioning and fridge Great balcony sea-view Daily fresh bottled still water (1.5 liter for a room) Very respectful and friendly employees - even if some clients were rude or unpatient. Exceptional professional!

Very noisy nights - many discos and parties till late in the night in neighbour hotels Food - not quite what expected. Not much variety. Wet floors were not properly marked - in the eating area No parking available - though staff helped us to find an unpaid spot! Not enough cleaning staff - long waiting lines at check in (rooms were not ready at given time...)
