Spending the Easter Holidays in this location was the best choice, among many other spa options that I had. The all-inclusive system, which is not an option for me, usually proved to be extremely welcome, considering that in the off-season, the restaurant offers are reduced. Everything was far beyond expectations. I say this because at the beginning of the season, the managerial start can be difficult. This was not the case here. From the reception, where we were greeted with kindness and perfect professionalism, to the clean, impeccable and warm-colored room, to the spa and the diversified cuisine, everything was perfect. A model of good practice for hotel services, I would say. I am crazy about swimming, and the water warmer than the thermal baths, the sauna, followed by a bucket of cold water, on the Icelandic model, gave me the relaxation and good mood that we all need. We don't drink alcohol, but I saw many tourists satisfied with the diversity of drinks. I want to congratulate the entire management team, not with the claim to be an expert in HORECA, but with the claim to have had the chance to travel to 4-5 stars, some disappointing. So beyond expectations. It's worth it, especially if you want to take advantage of Schengen and arrive in 4 hours, for mini-vacations or weekends.

Not enough vegetables in the morning - only cucumber, tomato and salad. There were way more vegetables at lunch and dinner. The carpet had cigeratte smell in our room. The indoor pool was closed, it would have been nice to stay there during the extremely hot weather. The bass from clubs was very powerfu during the night - but that's not the hotel problem

Great location, easy 3 min walk to the beach, although there are quite a few steps to go down. The room was very cool. We visited just before peak season so we had parking available right in front of the hotel (20 leva/day, but that seems to be the norm here). The pool was not very crowded, and we always found pool chairs available. Good size dining hall and plenty of options for breakfast. The bed was very large and we slept very comfortably with our 2yo. Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels.

The carpet in the room is a bit stuffy and stained. Other than that, lovely stay

The room was great, clean and quiet, with all the facilities described. We have stayed in the hotel in the period 17-18 October, 2024, and outside it was cold, but the room was warm, also there was a great conditioning sistem. The staff was very polite and responsive, ready to help every minute of your staying in the hotel, explained us everything and answered all our questions. Thanks them a lot, and thanks to the hotel administration for having such a good staff!

We liked everything. Due to the fact that we stayed in this hotel only for 1 night, unfortunately we didn't manage to visit the hotel's SPA, because we had no time for it.

I parked in the private parking lot in front of the hotel. Hotel that is 5 minutes from the beach. The room was very nice, spacious and equipped with everything you needed but still not very clean. The food was enough for everyone, good food but not great, the outdoor pool was quite clean with enough sunbeds.

I think the food should be much more varied, one evening only fish dishes were served, my girlfriend doesn't like fish. Maybe there should have been a little more cleanliness in the rooms.

This is the 2nd time when I come to this hotel and always discover something impressive. Price-quality IN WINTER TIME? Correct. Top 3 seaside hotels in Bulgaria. At each of the meals you have food practically for breakfast, lunch and dinner (diversified). The whole hotel is very warm, the pool heated just right, the water in the pool warm. Hot shower water at the upper levels a little cold. For the lower level the water was hot. It was probably a problem that I'm sure they'll fix.

Never went for breakfast, short walk down steps to beach or a long maybe 15 mins down the hill. Hair dryer in bathroom which was fast and great. Towels changed daily if needed. Car park very dear about 17 Lev a day which would mount up over the 2 weeks stay. you can take English money and change into Lev while u are there.

We were at the front of the hotel and there is a couple of bars over the road which play very load music till about 1 am we didn't mind because we were up late anyway but felt sorry for people with kids wanting to sleep.

Food was excellent...as was the staff ..the evening entertainment..and all other facilities. The indoor pool was beautifully heated with excellent showers and changing facilities.

The carpets were quite stained in the rooms but we put this gown to being late in the season. A kettle and coffee/ tea facilities in the room would have been good as you had to go down to the bar/reception area for a coffee . A coffee machine on each floor would be a big bonus.

There is an inside swimming pool, sauna and SPA, so you can come at any time during the year. The food is also good, we were able to easily find something healthy and tasty at the same time. Amazing staff, especially the guy in the bar and the woman in the massage cabinet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom's condition is not very good, they lack silicon isolation for the shower. As a result, the floor was constantly wet. There were also no bathrobes for kids, so you need to take one from home

Facilities and cleaning could use some work, bathroom taps and drain not working properly as shower drain was clogged and taps and shower were kind of old an broken, swimming pool always dirty
