What i liked about this hotel is that it was incredibly clean, polite and nice staff. For breakfast you have a large choice of food - sweets, salads, various breakfast meals. Breathtaking view to the sea (we had the room with balcony and sea view), beautiful room and i love the wellness area (sauna, steam bath and indoor/outdoor swimming pool is included in the price). Massages are seperate prices but that’s normal. I cant say anything about dinner as i havent booked that but i am sure it had a large variety as well. I also have to include a picture of my mom at the infinity pool since she looks way better than i do lol.

Being in the center of golden sands, it’s almost never quiet at night time. parties and all that, you’ll have to close the balcony door and turn on the AC. on the edge of the balcony it seemed a seagull did its business and it didnt look fresh. What i also dont like is that there was too much hebrew writings all over the hotel. Am i in Tel Aviv or in Golden Sands, Bulgaria ? Im sick and tired of those israelis, we all know what kind of people they are. Overall pleasant experience.

I liked the facility with all of the benefits included in the wellness package, very clean and the staff was very nice. They helped me prepare a surprise in the room, being very helpful, understanding and responding promptly to every question. Location was great! Amazing infinity pool. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel

We had a sea front view room and from 22:00 there would be really loud music on the street, and even with the windows closed you could hear it all night (some earplugs would have been helpful). Also the music was a little too loud by the pool

The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very rich with lots of different things to choose from.

The room and bathroom could use an update since it is a 5 star hotel. The carpet was a bit stained. Some of the pool towels had stains on them and they didnt provide umbrellas for all of the sunbeds which was bothering as we had to sit in the sun. No private beach/discount at any beach, so keep this in mind if you want to stay here.

Great location in a very lively surrounding, very good breakfast with a lots of options and for all the diets, tastes. Very clean rooms with small problems here and there (for a 5 stars hotel) but nothing serious. Lovely stuff, very helpful and kind, cleaning ladies very efficient. The view to the sea is one of a kind and it is just a pure joy to wake up and watch the sunrise with such an amazing view. The parking is interior so another bonus for not keeping the car in full sun for several days. Great swimming pool with very good music and bar.

Maybe this is something that cannot be improved and really not a big deal but waiting times at the elevators (up to 20 minutes sometimes) it is becoming quite annoying after several days (especially in the rush hours - mornings and evenings). We would have taken the stairs but we were staying on the 10th floor... For a 5 stars hotels, we were expecting a private beach but it is not the case - renting 2 sunbeds with umbrella - 21 euros/day. Another small problem - water drain in the shower completely not working and the water was ending up getting out of the shower flooding the entire bathroom.

I've booked a 40 m room with a sea view and I received a smaller room than what was shown in the reservation details. The cleanliness of the room was not very ok, the sofa was dirty and the furniture didn't look like 5 stars. The water at breakfast was from the dispenser and had a bad taste, it was impossible to drink. The hotel doesn't have its own private beach, is very strange for 5 stars hotel.

We have been well received at reception by a Russian very nice and polite guy Dimitri. He speaks very good Romanian and of course other. When we left like a done one, Dimitri wished us all the best. Food was excelent. Balkanic style, the best. Location.

The breakfast was good and fresh but nor for 5 stars. The coffee wasn't good. The room that we had was very big with balcony and very comfortable. The inside pool is very small for such a big hotel. The infinity pool was not functional because of the weather; also small this pool; the view is very beautiful.

We stayed for Easter Days, and we expected to have a festive dinner; it wasn't. We didn't like the dinner. In one evening some items from breakfast we found on the dinner. At dinner we got it only water as free drink; for the other drinks we had to pay.

- you can see the age of the rooms, especially in the bathroom, those could use a refreshment - people are taking too much food for the breakfast and trashing it, I wish there were some policies which would prevent such things, sorry to say but so many guests are dumb, maybe some bonuses like a free drink if your plate is clean after the meal? I just cannot watch how much food is wasted and I know it’s not your fault…

The location is perfect if you want to stay in Golden Sands. Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Parking is available, and there’s direct access to the beach. The hotel also has a spa, which is a great bonus.

The hotel feels a bit old, especially in the corridors. While the room was clean, we found some unpleasant surprises when we opened the sofabeds.

Good value for money. Delicious food. The best omlette. Clean rooms with blackout curtains. Underground parking. Lovely resort view from 14th floor. Market shops were open near the hotel even in off-season.

The harrowing noise made by the wind at night...we are light sleepers so this almost destroyed our days off. They requested confidential information (written on paper) from our cards to pay the deposit...it would have been normal only to pay the deposit with a PoS. Extra small interior pool for such a big hotel.
