Super clean. Amazing rooftop terrace. Friendly management. Smart tv so i could play netflix on it. It’s in a neighborhood but i felt safe. (I am in by dark though bc. i am alone) I stayed in a family size room & it was big, bright with tons if plugs for electonics & lights on both sides of bed for reading. It is a one minute walk to several restaurants down the street & around the corner. Its 10 min walk to pedestrian walk, 10 min to beach in other direction. Train station is 5 min walk. Taxi is 10 min drive to bus station. Breakfast costs extra- seems like a coffee/tea & muffin could be included. Other places I have stayed in have large breakfasts included & the price of hotel is less. I wouldnt let you stop from staying here though- it was great & worth it for the rooftop.

Mattresses were a bit soft & pillows v hard- and high up. It would be good to have a softer pillow choice

This was my second time staying at Three Dolphins, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely friendly, which makes all the difference. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from both the train station and the beach. The main reason I chose to stay here again was the warm hospitality and the convenient location. Our stay included breakfast, and I was delighted to find that they still make the delicious sandwiches I remembered from my first visit. I asked if they still had the Caprese sandwich I loved years ago, and to my surprise, the taste was exactly the same—fresh and flavorful! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends and family. If you're visiting Varna, this is a great place to stay!

I lived here for 1 week. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was compact and comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to several restaurants and a pub. Close to the central zone and the sea. The staff was very attentive and responsive

Wi-Fi signal was not very good. Sometimes good, sometimes need to reconnect

Super friendly staff, good room with balcony and airco, nice shower, excellent continental breakfast, supermarket and 24h night shop close-by, quite street at night, a 10 min. walk from the sea garden, about the same distance to the cathedral, less than 5 min. to the railway station, close to private postal services.

I’d just suggest changing the foam type for the shower, the one now is a little too light/thin. Since there is a supermarket at barely 40m, I bought a more consistent douche gel there.

Lovely, tastefully decorated boutique hotel in an old building at central location, not far from the Sea Garden. Very clean, elegant room with a comfortable queen bed. The staff is kind and very helpful. No elevator, but the host carried my luggage up, I appreciate. Very tasty breakfast, coffee, sandwiches are served downstairs. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel.

Location: walking distance to sea garden, beach and city centre Room: clean, little balcony was nice for the longer stay. Team: Friendly, always willing to help, send flowers to the room for my birthday which was a nice touch.

Walls can be a little thin

Everything was wonderful. Drago received us with the warmest smile even though we arrived late. He was helpful and kind. The place is located within walking distance from the centre in a quiet street, and also within walking distance from the port (where there are fancy bars and restaurants). The bedroom was very clean, equipped with a small kitchwn, and with very comfortable beds. Super cozy and warm duvet! Very good value for money, would definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend this place!!! As a family run business Drago, the host definitely knows his stuff. His experience in treating guests is superb. Made me feel so at home. The rooms are a reflection of his love for music and I happen to experience that by staying there. It is spotless clean. Drago's warmth and good nature help guests feel comfortable and at ease especially when you're a solo traveller. He kindly offered for me to leave my luggage (knapsack) when I went for a day tour and pick it up in the afternoon once I'm done. He knew my train journey to Sofia is in the night time, offered that I can stay for a bit if I have no other plans. (Although the deli is open until 5pm and it's their family space from that time onwards). I feel like I have overstayed my welcome and I cannot thank them enough. To Drago, Plumena and Diana, I will forever cherish the beautiful memories and wonderful experience. Thank you for showing me how wonderful people are in Varna 😘

Great location, close to transport, train station, beach, city center and variety of bars and restaurants (all within 10min walk). Very clean and quiet place. Looks recently refurbished. I highly recommend it. All toiletries and towels are supplied. Receptionists and cleaning lady are very nice and friendly.

There is a TV in the room, but very few channels.

Overall, I had a great experience with the “Three Dolphins “; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and perfect . The owners went over and beyond to help us. The staff at this property are great,as well ! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We will always be thankful to the greatest , We will always be thankful to the kindest,cheerful and beautiful receptionist ever.
