- in common areas you can feel smoke of cigarettes. It is connected that in casino people are smoking and automatic doors set very sensitive and doors are open very often. - no electrical sockets near the bed , only one under the table, at the same time 2 of them at the bathroom:)

The ladies at the reception are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are also very clean and perfectly comfortable. It was our first time in the city and the receptionists were very helpful with our questions. For example, not knowing much about the country, I wasn’t sure if I could buy contact lenses easily or if I needed a prescription. They were even able to provide some guidance here. If I had asked this question back home in Germany, I would have probably gotten the usual “I don’t know” reply.

The hallways smelled a bit stuffy, it may just be a problem with the windows not being opened enough when we arrived.

Breakfast possibility was stated as “very good” which suggests normally open buffet type however a la carte breakfast (several options) only available. Some extra stuff like shower cap, cotton buds, body lotion, etc. should be added into the room (normal for 4-star hotel).

This hotel is in the best location in Varna. Located in the middle of the downtown area where people are always walking through and looking for things to do. The energy is great in the hotel too. It's a well-known sports bar and casino, but the security keeps everything under control. It's not loud. I had a fantastic sleep every night. The wifi is excellent. I had a lot of work to do in the mornings and I was able to work with no issues. The staff are attentive to all of the guest's demands and concerns. Just ask if you have any questions. There will be no problems with communication since they are all fluent in English. I ate the pizza twice. It was under 10 BGN since I got a discount. Be sure to ask about the discounts and other benefits offered by Efbet Hotel. I truly didn't want to leave. I look forward to going back there again.

Location is perfect. Location is very good for city sightseeing, but not good for beach travel. They offered me free parking at near municipal park place.

The room smelled a bit humidity, but it was fine after opening the windows. You can not arrive unti the door of the hotel by car, you need to walk across the square. The bed is not comfortable.

The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast is a real nice one and super convenient and delicious. The bathroom was also quite nice and had enough space. Also, radio in the bathroom, fun little gimmick xD

The room was a bit dusty, it was definitely clean, but I'm guessing due to the carpet it isn't great if your sensitive to dust and stuff like that.

Great place with friendly staff and cleaners willing to help in English with shower soap, room cleaning, etc. Toilet and shower are modern and bed is comfortable and clean. The surroundings are quiet and very close to the city center and beaches. Willing to come back to the accommodation.

We were a large group travelling for business. Everything was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful, the location is as central as it gets, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast varied and plentiful. They have the fastest internet I have ever seen in a hotel - amazing.

Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast - all great! Room was very spacious and had all facilities included. We faced the pedestrian street which is usually very crowded, but we didn’t hear any bothering noises, so great isolation too! The walk to the beach is pleasant, even though it might take around 10-15 minutes.

Few noises coming from the neighbors (indoor isolation not as good as the outdoor one). The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but there are some private, paid parking places nearby. We didn’t find an empty place at the closest one, so we decided to leave the car at the train station parking (12 leva per day) which is not too far away either.

the hotel is clean and the room and bathroom were renovated, with hot water, clean towels. first floor there are playing machines, but we did not hear any noise from that 1st floor, the reception is on the 2nd floor the hotel has also a restaurant, opens until 00:00, food was good, prices are good the hotel is located in the center, many people , good atmosphere very welcoming staff, friendly, positive attitude good hotel, excellent hospitality
