Great central location, but off the main busy street providing peace and quiet at the same time. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The room was spacious with large balcony with sun loungers. Staff were very polite and pleasant.

If anything, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. We did not think about asking to be changed at all, to be honest, as the decorative pillows were just perfect for us.

Good value! I loved the big room I had with the nice terrace; I took advantage and sunned myself there, plus I used it to dry out my swimming accoutrements from the beach. Awesome location, close to the walking area with all the restaurants and shops and to the beach. Really great staff; super friendly, patient, and accommodating!! The manager, Gergana, took time to help help me with my Bulgarian language. I WOULD say the staff was the best part, because they made me feel so incredibly welcome, EXCEPT for the small fact that they get trumped by the BREAKFAST!!! Has to be the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten!!! One of the days, it was not a buffet, and instead, the woman prepared it custom for me and served me! Would love to book again!

Perfect location - close to "everything" in Varna. Easily accessible from the airport - the bus stop (N409) is just a few steps to the hotel. Close to seaside park, beaches, shops, eateries, etc. Very nice and welcoming staff. I was in a large room with a balcony, equipped with AC, fridge, teapot. Large, comfortable bathroom. Overall, a good hotel for a reasonable price.

No slippers available, even by request. Very low water pressure in the bathroom. Also need to wait several minutes before the water becomes warm. Internet speed was acceptable, but signal strength was too weak. There are separate WiFi networks for each floor, but none of them is working well at least in my room on the 2nd floor. No free power sockets available, need to unplug something to connect a charger or teapot.

Location was excellent. Rooms was very clean. Staff very friendly. Very quiet for sleeping considering the location. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Shower very powerful. Would definitely recommend.

The balcony was ok but the air conditioning unit took up half of the space so only 1 person could sit outside. No mini bar as in there profile. No safe in the room.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff met us and they were easy to approach and communicate at any time. The parking was arranged by them in the hotel. The studio was spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything that's needed. The location is just metres from the sea garden and 5 min from the beach, which makes it really convenient.

The hotel staff were amazing, very nice and friendly, smiling all the time and greeting all the time, which gives a great impression of welcoming The location was super, in the middle of the center, with all what one's needs around. The room size was perfect with a very nice balcony. We highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Varna

Location excellent!! Room very clean. All guest toiletries available and more!. Will try the restaurant on my nest visit! ( extra charge) Overall very impressed.

A little decoration needed in shower area on exit door. Courtesy bar had no contents. A little noisy on streets at night due to location.

Clean and tidy room. Big enough. When we left, the staff called us for forgotten item but securely keeping the info on what it is and some days later we realized this is something of our possession. If they have not called to check with guests, we would not realize the item is ours and some days later when we realized we are missing something valuable, we realized it is the one from the hotel. We are so grateful!

The staff at the reception were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and coffee was excellent. Really good location- seaside, shops, restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

Please, bit more attention to cleaning the room, specially dust around TV and fridge.

Neat and tidy hotel, right in the city center but in a nice "pocket" so it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything (AC etc.) worked fine. Room had small balcony which was nice surprise.

I have nothing to complain about.
