Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and close to the beach. Nice decor and very quiet.

The room as a little bit small for the price we paid and the shower cabin was a little bit broken ( the doors were not closing perfectly) as the water was running beneath the door into the bathroom floor- but was something minor so is just a detail.

Everything was clean and comfy, with towels and plenty of pillows. Toiletries were included, as well as a hair dryer and straightener.

The shower drain was barely working and you couldn't take a shower without flooding the bathroom.

Staff were really friendly and spoke great English, which was contrary to what we were expecting in Bulgaria. The quality of the furnishings is great and the room was nice and spacious. Lots of tv channels available if that’s your thing. The spa area is beautiful and such good value when you consider that you get the whole area to yourself. The breakfast has a fairly large selection, if you like yoghurts, nuts, cheeses, meats and cakes you’ll love it. There aren’t many hot food options as the scrambled eggs and the sausages are cold.

The air conditioning didn’t really bring the temperature of the room down, it was really hot considering it as around 16C outside. Opening the windows and door to the balcony worked well. Shower did flood quite a bit, however would dry up pretty quickly. The bed was snapped and had been supported with a block of wood. It had very a soft, memory foam style mattress which wasn’t to our liking. I would still recommend coming here however.

We had a perfect stay at “Reverence hotel”. Very clean room, very cosy, very quiet, although right at the busy boulevard, perfect location. Very nice and good quality breakfast, made by the staff who were extremely nice! We absolutely recommend it and we will defenitely go back.

The only thing we werent crazy about was the shower-the shower area itself is very small but the main problem is there is no door/glass to protect from the water splashes. So basically the whole bathroom/toilet was in water. If they just separate the shower area with a glass/cabin the place would be flawless.

Receptionist guy he asking us did you use mini bar we set no than he ask housekeeping that was ugly absolutely is like he didn’t trust guest,disgusting

The hotel itself is well located it has the basic amenities and staff is very helpful from reception to the waitress. Staff is 6 stars

The breakfast options are either to small or non existing. no hot food for breakfast continental only. I would not mind to pay extra if there would be more options available. The condition of the hotel was discussed with the staff. Meaning is visible that they maintain a top cleaning process however I would suggest to dedicate more time in maintenance as there were several rust parts in shower wich is not good for public health. This of course is only a comment and in no means underrate my score. The rooms are suitable both for business and leisure. I will not share pictures as I would like to come once more in a near future. All in all cost vs. expectation solid 7. Is a petty i don't remember name of staff. Extraordinary people for hotel businesses

The receptionist was extremely helpful, as we had booked a room that was too small for 3 adults. He assisted us in changing the room, for a small fee, to a maisonette room, which had a bedroom upstairs and a kind of living room downstairs. The room design is exceptionally modern and created in a boutique style, much more elegant than most hotels in general.

The fact that it is not clearly mentioned that in the Junior Suite or Family Room there is no separating door between the two rooms, or more precisely, between the double bed and the single bed, is an issue. In the upstairs bathroom, there were small spots of mold along the edge of the tub.

We really liked everything! The location is right in the hearth of the city. The hotel itself is very beautifully designed with an eye minding every single detail. The room was very beautiful, comfortable and spacious enough. The bed was very good. The mini bar had a variety of choices. The bathroom was lovely and very clean. I was very impressed when I found out that there was a hair straightener provided in the room. Another extra facility in the room was the floor heating. The staff was really lovely and helpful. And last but not least- the breakfast was really very good as the coffee, the omelette and the fresh orange juice are individually prepared for every single guest by the staff. The breakfast takes place in a lovely canteen and is very suitable for those who enjoy sleeping as it finishes at 10:30.

It's location is marvelous, right in the city center, near the Varna Municipality (tip - park across the street from the hotel, great parking for 12 BGN/24 hours). The breakfast was very fresh, with good coffee. The room is very clean, new, we were happy to get a small upgrade on the room, as we didn't find parking on-site. Last but not least, the staff is very welcoming and polite. Our new favourite stay in Varna!

I recently stayed at the Reverence Boutique Hotel in Varna and had a great experience. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially since I'm not speaking Bulgarian at all. They made everything easy, from guiding me around the city to explaining how to pay for parking, helping me to download the app and showing me how to pay. As a non-Bulgarian speaker, I greatly appreciated their fluency in English and support! The person at the reception was so helpful, friendly and she definitely contributed positively to my stay. Her positive contribution to my stay was undeniable. If you happen to come across this review, please know that your efforts on my wedding day were truly appreciated. Thank you once again for everything you did! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and recipes. The rooms of the hotel were spacious, and I even used one of their superior room for my wedding day photoshoot – it was a great backdrop. The hotel's attention to detail and elegant design made for the perfect place to capture those special moments. I also enjoyed their spa facilities, which I booked in advance. If you book in advance, they will reserve the spa for 2 hours just for you and your group. Overall, my stay at Reverence Boutique Hotel was great and I will recomand. Without a doubt, if I find myself in Varna once more, I'll choose to reserve a room at this hotel again.
