We liked the convenient location just close to the Sea Park and the Black Sea. The hotel also is situated in the old centre of the town with lots of restaurants and shops that makes it comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We should especially denote George for his politeness and good service during the breakfast. By the way, breakfast is very good.

Maybe it's worth of replacing the old air conditioner. The days were extremely hot and the old air conditioner was hardly working.

The location was great. Close to both sea and the shops and restaurant. Staff was super helpful. The room was very spacious with all the extras including robes and slippers and every toiletry item you could possibly need.

The first morning server didn't ask for oder but just gave us standard breakfast. Facility was set up for a breakfast buffet but no food. Limited breakfast choices. Server was very grumpy. Second morning was much better. Young server and allowed me to design omelet. Very nice and efficient.

My room was big and clean. I had lots of towels and toiletries. The hotel is situated very nicely - close to bus stops, the Sea Garden and the main pedestrian street where you will find lots of food options. My room was also cleaned every day.

The WiFi was not very reliable. Breakfast was difficult to get a handle on, as I was not informed it started earlier/later on weekdays as opposed to weekends, so every day was a guessing game for me. You should also be aware that the breakfast hall is small so if you are late, you might not be able to find a seat. Would have liked more drink options, too. The elevator was slow and quite tiny, which might be a problem for someone claustrophobic.

The hotel is well situated and within easy walking distance to the beach and the city centre. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Parking is very easy as it is right next to the hotel. Overall, I found it great value for money and enjoyed my stay very much.

I was in a studio on the fifth floor. The WiFi was spotty at best, despite several attempts at rebooting the server. The WiFi in the lobby was fine. I think the hotel needs to get this sorted out.

Clean,well layedout design, room clean, balcony, staff friendly, breakfast. Location, price, lounge area comfortable, white leather. Decent water pressure in the shower. Bed comfortable. Nice reception area.

Air conditioner not working efficiently, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival, had to ask for paper at the reception. My pillow was lumpy, charged for small bottles of water in the mini bar. Shower cubicle was really small. Narrow lift. Not ideal parking.

We only had a few hours experience after a late flight in, but it was well located, comfortable and included breakfast. Only a hundred yards from the car rental office for the rest of our holiday.

This was the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed in in Bulgaria and it was all a bit dated, but we wanted to see what you got for the extra money. Perhaps we weren't there long enough to give a full appraisal, but we have had better accommodation for less money in Varna city on many occasions.

Man who l think was owner, parking his Rolls Royce on pavement outside blocking pavement, very arrogant. When l asked reception to book a taxi to meet me at the airport l was told they do not do that, very strange for a hotel not to offer thise small service.

The hotel location is perfect. The staff of the hotel is friendly.

Smell. On 5th floor some strange smell. Toilet door inside casing is rotten. Also a near by construction site. They start working with noise early morning.

Location is perfect, its quite since its not in the middle of the center, but its so close, so you get everything you need. Breakfast is pretty normal.

In our room, the bath's doors weren't ceiled as they should and water kept coming out when having a shower and there would be a lot of water outside.

hotel was clean and well kept. small but someone was always near to tend the bar or answer questions. also, it was within 100 yards of the park, and maybe 5 blocks from the main walking plaza.

seemed to be in a small depressed area, and a few cars liked racing a block away late at night at the big intersection.
