Cozy atmosphere, very helpful staff at any time and great location in city centre make for a good stay in Varna. Comfortable room and bed, excellent air-conditioning, great to relax from the hot days in July.

Bathroom although clean and fully functional , was difficult to ventilate properly and remained humid as shower cabin did not close well. Some appliances such as the TV set appear already old for this level of hotel. We would have also expected a bit more variety for an otherwise tasty breakfast, some freshly baked items such as croissants would have greatly added to the quality local fruits and vegetables and the warm dishes.

The location is perfect, very central for quick access to a beach, park, restaurants and public transport but tucked away on the residential side road so very quiet and peaceful at night. Beds are comfortable and clean, room bit outdated but hotel itself has this 1920's vibe and charming decor. Breakfast was nice and tasty too, selection of diffrent type og eggs, sausages, pastries,fruits, coffee, etc. Over had a good stay.

We liked the convenient location just close to the Sea Park and the Black Sea. The hotel also is situated in the old centre of the town with lots of restaurants and shops that makes it comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We should especially denote George for his politeness and good service during the breakfast. By the way, breakfast is very good.

Maybe it's worth of replacing the old air conditioner. The days were extremely hot and the old air conditioner was hardly working.

The location was great. Close to both sea and the shops and restaurant. Staff was super helpful. The room was very spacious with all the extras including robes and slippers and every toiletry item you could possibly need.

The first morning server didn't ask for oder but just gave us standard breakfast. Facility was set up for a breakfast buffet but no food. Limited breakfast choices. Server was very grumpy. Second morning was much better. Young server and allowed me to design omelet. Very nice and efficient.

My room was big and clean. I had lots of towels and toiletries. The hotel is situated very nicely - close to bus stops, the Sea Garden and the main pedestrian street where you will find lots of food options. My room was also cleaned every day.

The WiFi was not very reliable. Breakfast was difficult to get a handle on, as I was not informed it started earlier/later on weekdays as opposed to weekends, so every day was a guessing game for me. You should also be aware that the breakfast hall is small so if you are late, you might not be able to find a seat. Would have liked more drink options, too. The elevator was slow and quite tiny, which might be a problem for someone claustrophobic.

The hotel is in a great location if you don’t mind exploring Varna before heading to the beach. The staff are amazing and very attentive.

The shower was a bit odd, but that is such a minor thing that it doesn’t take away from the fact that I stayed over a week there!

The hotel is well situated and within easy walking distance to the beach and the city centre. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Parking is very easy as it is right next to the hotel. Overall, I found it great value for money and enjoyed my stay very much.

I was in a studio on the fifth floor. The WiFi was spotty at best, despite several attempts at rebooting the server. The WiFi in the lobby was fine. I think the hotel needs to get this sorted out.

Clean,well layedout design, room clean, balcony, staff friendly, breakfast. Location, price, lounge area comfortable, white leather. Decent water pressure in the shower. Bed comfortable. Nice reception area.

Air conditioner not working efficiently, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival, had to ask for paper at the reception. My pillow was lumpy, charged for small bottles of water in the mini bar. Shower cubicle was really small. Narrow lift. Not ideal parking.

We only had a few hours experience after a late flight in, but it was well located, comfortable and included breakfast. Only a hundred yards from the car rental office for the rest of our holiday.

This was the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed in in Bulgaria and it was all a bit dated, but we wanted to see what you got for the extra money. Perhaps we weren't there long enough to give a full appraisal, but we have had better accommodation for less money in Varna city on many occasions.

The hotel location is perfect. The staff of the hotel is friendly.

Smell. On 5th floor some strange smell. Toilet door inside casing is rotten. Also a near by construction site. They start working with noise early morning.
