Our stay at Panorama Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking sea view that we enjoyed every morning. The beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The location is ideal – right across from the beach, just a short walk to the Sea Garden promenade, and very close to the port area, where you can find plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of fresh options. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city with easy access to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. And the view from my room was simply breathtaking; watching the city wake up in the morning and the sunset in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The beach and towels are free for hotel customers. There is a garage option for 10 levas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and beautiful scenery!

We really enjoyed our stay — the location, views, and overall comfort were fantastic. However, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast policy. There was a 10€ charge for taking any items outside, which meant we couldn’t enjoy all the delicious treats at our own pace. We would have loved to try more of the breakfast delights throughout the day, but this restriction prevented us from doing so. It’s a small issue in an otherwise wonderful stay, but something to be aware of.

The apartment was perfect. The reception staff was very polite and helpful .

The breakfast staff were terribly rude. We thanked them every time they collected the plates from our table, they looked at us angrily and grumbled. Although we entered the restaurant at 9:30 a.m., at 10:03 a.m. they did not allow us to have an espresso, citing that it is past 10 a.m. and we are no longer allowed. It's the second time we come to this hotel and these people from breakfast and they make us never come back. He behaves as if he would do you a favor!

The room waa spacious and very clean. They did the cleaning every day. Vey good AC. The hotel location is excellent, being close to the port, the beach, the Sea Garden and to the old town - pedestrian area. The toiletries were good quality but in small travel like package which makes them quite uncomfortable to use. I would replace them with those liquid containers on the walls, next to the sink and to the shower . I also recommend improving the shower water pressure. It is low.

For breakfast - there was enough choice but they should improve the coffee quality and upgrade the machine. The eggs, the sausages, the bacon were always cold. They should have those small heat sources under the inox trays to keep them warm.

From the moment I arrived at Panorama Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The room was incredibly comfortable, beautifully arranged, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was simply outstanding, fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. But what truly made this stay special was the reception team. I did not expect such warm, sincere hospitality. Always smiling, always helpful, and deeply kind. It’s rare to see such genuine care in hospitality. I will absolutely return again - Panorama Hotel has truly left a mark on me.

Big and nice room with a balcony with sea view, which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good and has to be mentioned in particular: We stayed several nights and noted that they even had some homemade things, which they also changed each day – we really enjoyed this variety. Location was nice for us, with a short walk to the beach and not far to walk to the train station (we travelled by train).

We did not receive enough shower gel/shampoo first, but we got more by asking in the reception (and all people there were nice). There was a bit of traffic on the road below the balcony, in front of the hotel. We were able to ignore the traffic and not seeing it as a problem, but maybe others will care more about this. A bit low water pressure(?) in the toilet, so you had to flush a couple of times before you learnt the right technique. The logistics in the breakfast room could maybe be somewhat improved, since “everyone” made a queue to reach the vegetables placed in the corner, but as mentioned – breakfast was very good. Not at all big problems, only to mention possible improvements. We really enjoyed the stay and would choose the hotel again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a.m.—we were initially worried about late check-in. However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic. Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well. A very kind gentleman in the dining room ensured all the guests were looked after, which added a warm and welcoming touch. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, and I especially loved the pillows!! The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna. There’s also a convenient little supermarket nearby, as well as the fascinating Roman bath ruins—so much to explore within walking distance. Don’t miss a stroll through the beautiful Sea Garden nearby; it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon. One unique experience during our walks was seeing so many adorable cats around. We noticed many kind locals feeding and playing with them. If you’re an animal lover, consider packing a little food for them—they’ll appreciate it! We’re already planning to return to Varna early next year, and we can’t wait to book this wonderful hotel again for our stay. Highly recommended

Great staff at reception, helpfully and polite.

Breakfast is poor, personnel in the restaurant need more training on their job, as well as on interacting with non Bulgarians..

Hotel has great location, 2 minutes from the beach (however the free beach hotel provides is far not the best comparing to the others if you just start walking to the left side), and about 15 min walk to the city center. Very comfortable beds and nice linings. When booking I asked for the room with balcony and we got it (however the balcony is common for 3 rooms with only 2 chairs there). We were allowed to leave our baggage on the check our day and take a shower on the sauna room. Rooms with sea view have really amazing view (we didn’t have a sea view room).

The hotel beach is quite poor comparing to the other beaches a bit further. The breakfast room was somehow not welcoming, with tables full of dirty dishes on it and at 9.30 am it was already very difficult to find what to eat.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a beach and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was very nice as well. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful with a few small exceptions.

Our air conditioning was not working very well and the person who came to fix it was not very helpful. Also one of the girls at the reception was young and quick to get defensive when there was a misunderstanding about the airport transfer instead of finding a solution.
