That I needed to wait a longer bit before I could go inside the property

All the points in the questionnaire I marked as Excellent but I would like to add some more details. First of all - the welcome was given by the owner of the hotel Galina, who kindly showed all the amenities of the accommodation and she personally showed me the way to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The hotel has only 2 stars but attention to details to make guests stay as comfortable as possible is far beyond this. My room was spacious (22 sq meters), there was a fridge with freezer, 2 comfortable armchairs, 2 double sitters, a desk, a wardrobe, a comfortable bed with king mattress. The bathroom had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The quality of WF was excellent, as well as the level of clearness. The hotel is very near to the city centre, beach and Central Park. Each room in the hotel has a designated outside area with a table and chairs. The inner patio in the hotel is full of beautiful flowers. The hotel has a home feel and I booked another stay in September.

There is nothing negative.

Location was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We had a room on the ground floor and there was a small terrace arranged for each room.

For breakfast, you need to tell what you want and they will make it for you (however the same lady that is doing the cooking, is also doing the room cleaning)

The space off room and the location to town centre...and staff 100% helpfully and could help enough would stay again

Thought it would be 3 single bed not 1 single and double as it was 3 male sharing room but not a big problem .. Just be nicer to have our own beds

We wanted a quiet stay for Christmas and it was. Very nice location, with adequate equipment and facilities and secure parking. Very close to all the sights. The host is a beautiful young woman and very attentive to the tourists who visit her house. We will be back sometime, for sure!

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach, two minutes to the sea garden, 5 minutes from center. Nice and friendly staff, really good value for money. They've got paid , secured private parking. The room is nice and comfortable, it got everything we needed.

The air conditioner was very noisy. It needs to be fixed or replaced.

Wonderful staff, who helped me very much with information and taxi assistance. The location was very near to the main beach, and easy walking distance to restaurants and the old town. Spacious room with cold AC and large bathroom. I would gladly stay again!

The price and location is hard to beat. Good family hotel, it is away from the street in a quiet neighbourhood. The port and center is within walking distance

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very helpful.

Тhe lights couldn't be turned off at night and we slept with the light on.

- there were no dustbin in the room or bathroom - there was electric mug to warm drinking water in the room but no glass to drink water.
