- The blonde woman at the reception is amazing. - The location is perfect. - AC is working perfectly. - The bed is comfortable - No noise from the outside so you will be sleeping good.

- A funny smell in the room ( Maybe painting , moisture or something else ) => An automatic air refresher would solve that. - The bed sheets were a little bit dirty ==> ( Cleaning lady should have noticed that )

Quiet, 100 year old elevator, washing machine for less than $10, helpful staff, can rent a beach towel, close to many things 15 min from beach.

Bathrooms are unisex, can get really dirty during the evening/night. Didn't bother me but there is alot of noise from outside lots of traffic etc.

The lady at the check in desk was really helpfull, the location is perfect for travellers and if you have a car there is paid parking on site. The air condiotion is working good.

I booked a single room with private bathroom in order to have some privacy and to take a good rest prior my early morning flight. Unfortuanately the room is located next to the shared bathroom and the shared kitchen, so every time when someone is taking shower or making a sandwich or coffee or tea or whatever I was waking up. The wall and the door are not soundproof at all. The lift is like 1000 years old and the shower stand was barely holding on the wall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel, mainly thanks to the incredibly helpful receptionist Billy. When my ID card went missing, she immediately offered her support, gave me practical advice, and even helped me with useful contacts. She was not only professional but also genuinely caring – you could really feel that she truly cares about the guests. The hostel itself was clean, cozy, and in a great location, but it was the kindness and personal attention at the reception that made my stay truly special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a bed – here you’ll find real human contact!

Great price, central location, old building wth refurbished smart clean rooms, Funky old style lift & boho style corridor rooms siuated along, kitchenette - access to fridge/freezer,kettle & microwave. Door entry system to each floor, individual key for rooms and lockers. Big windows spacious & airy rooms. Quit despite building bei g right on the main high street. Dorm bedrooms have sturdy bunkers with individual lights plentyofroom and great a/c. Ths is best dorm room I've stayed in room wise across Bulgaria despite 1st night other 3 "room-mates" travelling together coming in from partying 2am turning on lights & making s lot of noise getting ready for bed - that's just life in a dorm, the 2nd night bonus as 3 other beds were empty so a good night sleep. Typical Bulgarian showers I.e tiny space but toilets are separate here .

Indifferent staff at check-in & when I asked any questions about getting around -shame no effort made here. No main kitchen/common room area to meet other travellers have a laugh share stories withetc. so it was a trade off really for great price & modern clean bunk.

This was my second time staying at this hostel, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect for exploring Varna, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable – during this second stay, they even helped me when I lost my ID card. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, whether you’re traveling alone or with friends. Thank you for everything, Billy! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Varna!

I have enjoyed so much staying at the hostel . Belli and Vicky who run the hostel were so friendly and welcoming. They let us stay till 8pm after we checked out. The location of the hostel is perfect.: 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the park and beach.. My dorm was on the 3ed floor. The room i was staying in has 5 windows over looking the pedestrian streets. The bed was comfortable and clean. the kitchen on the 3ed floor is well equipped and maintained. Would love to come again. Thanks Belli for the coloured Easter eggs and cake. I did enjoy it.

Perfect location on a central pedestrian street and in walking distance to the beach and the railway station. Great value for money, charming historical building and elevator. Clean in general. Some rooms had ongoing repainting/renovation, which is a green flag for the upkeeping.

No nets on the windows, you have to be careful of insects when letting some fresh air in. It was clean in general, but could be a bit improved on (where you put your cosmetics in the shower; entrance of the building smelled a bit; fresher bed sheets smell).

The room was big and super comfortable, with plugs and a lamp by the bed. It had AC and heater that worked perfectly. The locker for the backpack had a good size (though my key didnt work, but we could lock the room). The showers were great, with hot water and shelves to put your stuff. The location is perfect, close to absolutely everything, I had no problem to walk around on foot. Also, I had to work in the hostel for a couple of days with my computer, and the internet didnt fail on me. There was a desk in the room, so I had no issues at all. It's also a quiet place.

The elevator didnt work with me, and the stairs were always smelling like cigarettes. Also, at night, it doesnt have any lightning, so you have to go up 3 floors in the dark. One of the days I was there, the bathrooms and showers were a bit dirty and missing paper (probably it was the cleaning lady day off, since I didnt see her that day). Still recommend it tho!

The rooms are very cozy, comfortable and clean.

Would have been better if the shower was seprared from the sink and if there were more towels as we were in room for two and we had only one big towel. Additionally the noise in the corridor during the night especially between 1 and 2 am was very loud. There were constantly people in thw corridor, it was very noisy and it felt a bit unsafe.
