We had rooms 001,002 and 102. These all have very comfortable beds, they were clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the large terrace next to the jacuzzi every evening. The beach is very close and there are so many restaurants and bars to choose from. One shower got clogged and it got fixed immediately. This was a very pleasant stay and we will come back next time we visit Varna. 10/10!

The mini bar in the wardrobe is not the best idea. It gets very hot, the compressor runs all the time and it gets noisy during the night.

Very good location, 5 min walk from the tourist port, 10 minutes from the seafront and the park Very easy to get to Clean room, spacious bathroom, warm in the room (radiator heat) - considering that the night was low temperature and in other hotels the heating was done with air conditioning or heaters Very friendly staff - I checked in at 11:00, even though - officially - it was done at 15:30 The hotel also has a small, free private parking lot, but it can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars - 2 cars will park in front and the other 2 will block the first ones... The risk is that - if you want to leave by car - you have to disturb another car Plus you have every chance of not finding a parking space. Street parking is 25 Leva per day

We only stayed one night, I can't say there was anything we didn't like probably on a longer stay there will be people who will find minuses

It's close to the beach, very nice area, has a small fitness studio and a jacuzzi. The terrace outside is very nice, there are cute cats around. The room was very big, there's a couch as well, 2 TV's, 2 ACs which made the room cold fast. The water pressure on the shower was high, this was amazing.

The toilet is placed very highly on the wall, this was uncomfortable and unusual. I don't know if all the rooms were like this. The shower drain didn't work properly and the water remained in the bathroom for longer, which made everything full of steam. A window could be opened, which would eventually dry the bathroom, after the water was gone.

Perfect location just by the beach and short walk from the centre. Comfortable room, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. They have sauna and jacuzzi but I have not tried. Everything in the room was rather simple and used but it was clean and useful.

This hotel doesn't have a parking in reality. Two places for small cars beside the hotel and a garage 300m away for even smaller cars and that is it. And in that area is very difficult to find a place on the street so having a car to park I would definitely chose other hotel. I also didnt like the bed, it was very soft.

The room was very small, there was no bath in the bathroom, and it didn't correspond to the described reservation's facilities. The room was facing the beach garden and the bars that were working at night. Even though I kept the windows closed, it was quite noisy all night. It was hard to sleep. One of the receptionists wasn't cooperative and couldn't react appropriately to my requests. The other staff were great!

Location is perfect, a few minutes of walk and you're on the beach. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but we've managed to reserve garage space for 2 days, although you could as well use the public paid parking spaces in the streets, if you're lucky enough to find one available. Room was big enough and it served its purpose. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom was not the cleanest that we've seen (there was some sand in the shower when we arrived). No balcony and no view, pretty difficult to dry your beach towels.

Very big clean air conditioned rooms, cheap parking at the hotel. Very closed to the beach and Cuba Beach Bar. Pool and Jacuzi available. Beautiful Sun terace. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast is okay, but not as good and rich as said in former reports

This hotel has a certain charm to it. I liked the little breakfast terrace and the jacuzzi. The staff was amazing and helpful and I got help for every request or issue I had. The location was great - super close to the beach and the pedestrian part of the city. Upper-floor rooms have a sea view. You should definitely explore the port nearby - lots of great restaurants, and there are Roman Baths ruins just a couple of minutes away (the small ones). There is a bus stop right across the street if you need to go somewhere.

I wish they had regular cleaning, at least at 3-day intervals, not just the linen/towel change. I had to ask to clean the floor a couple of times, and - I should say - it was cleaned. The dishes in the breakfast room had some food residue stuck to them the first few days but then the situation improved. There is loud music nearby up until early morning, and the hotel is located on a pretty busy road.

there was building work going on. it would have been good to know about that before we booked as there was no refund available once we booked and found out about the building work.

We were satisfied with our stay :) Great location, just near the beach full of wonderful bars with great vacation atmosphere and 10 min to city centre. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious! Our room was lot better than we expected according to photos - beautiful, spacious and with outside sitting on shared teracce. Hotel has 4 parking places, so if you´re lucky, you can park free just outside hotel.

It´s great that hotel has shared outside space with sitting, but it would be much nicer if it was cleaner. Also hot tub looked tempting, but there were some dirt (maybe just sand), so we were afraid to use it because of hygiene. And our rooms after arrival were little smelly, but the smell went away almost completely.
