The location is perfect, close to many bus stops, just around the corner from the city centre. The staff is extremely polite and it was really clean.

It was a bit annoying that the hot water takes time to get to the third floor, but there was hot water, you just need to run the sink for a bit for it to start. Also, keep in mind that there is no elevator, if that is a problem for you. For me personally, it was a non-issue.

The hotel is ideally located, near of the pedestrians' inner center of Varna in a quiet street full of trees, a nearby kiosk and some other shops. The reception is in an Art deco style. Room was painted and pictured with taste. The coffee was the best one tastes during 3 days of Varna's trio and the bed was exceptional. For EHS/ILFN people, the place is perfectly safe. I monitored various figures and everything was fine

Everything I requested was perfectly listened and done well. So I have nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was very polite and kind. I asked her how I can book a taxi for the morning and she offered to book it for me - very kind of her. Room was nice, clean warm. I found the bed extremely comfortable. Great central location. Highly recommend.

The only thing that I would recommend to have a look, if can be improved, is that there was bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

Right in city centre. Good value for money. Really nice decorated room. Looks really nice.

No elevator. No good sound isolation. Even though you close the door and lock it there is a small gap. You can hear the people talking in the corridor.

Stayed again for a night and enjoyed my stay. The staffs welcome and the following morning warm sunrise lifted my spirits for the rest of the day. If you are coming to Varna and need a place in the city center for a few days definitely check this place out!

Nice hotel on the exact city center. Very good price for what we recieved. Staff is nice.

It need a little renovation. The rooms are renovated but some old stuff is kept and there is a little smell of old. Nevertheless the room were perfectly cleaned and prepared for the visit.

Great location and clean modern rooms.

It appears there is some refurbishing underway inside the hotel , but this didn’t spoil our stay . It was a shame there was no iron available .

I liked the location of the hotel. It is in the center of Varna, close to the beach, to sea garden and to the main pedestrian street.

Would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Varna! Beautiful central location near the train station and the beach (and a hookah bar to have a smoke). The staff is welcoming and warm and the owners are nice people. Had a pleasent stay.

The room was specious, the location is great, right in the centre giving access to all important spots. The price-quality report is above expectations.

The stairs were moving, giving it a scary vibe. Also, the bathroom was smeeling bad.
