All was excellant!

Food was good, location great for the waterpark, pools great, rooms fine, but had to leave bathroom light on at night otherwise it was pitch black in there. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but small fridge and water supplied. Mini bar (which is free) was replenished daily.

Older blonde lady on reception was not very happy at any time, others were fine. Bar staff, cleaners, restaurant staff all very nice and helpful. They should have a separate part for the pancakes as everyone queuing for fresh pancakes made it impossible for anyone else to get anything along the row of food laid out for breakfast.

The check-in was delayed without any reason at 14.00. I arrived at 12.00 with 2 kids and they refused at least to prepare my papers and to give me the key at 14.00. When I come back at 14.00 it was extremely crowded so I had to delay another hour. This time my kids wanted to go in the room. I requested from booking an double bed room plus a single bed and i received 3 singles. Another hour to wait till a new room was ready. The ladies at reception were rotating their eyes when they see me... it was like I was their colleague. The room was small but clean and cozy. I did not like the shower, too small. The food was ok, not to many choices but tasty and you could find something for every taste. Typical Bulgarian dishes. The hotel in old but they are trying to maintain it. The bartender need more skills.

The room was quite ok. Staff was nice and helpful. Food can be better, but some of them were really tasty.. In general i can offer 8* out of 10*, i believe that is fair enough. In the future we will come back. Quality / price was ok for what it offers.

The bracelet can be improved, to be changed the model. For the young baby it made some scratches on her hand so we decided to remove. Few repairs which can be done in the aqua park were we saw few tiles missing and can be a risk to get cut.

Albena is a nice holiday village so that was nice. Rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Food was ok and quite diverse but very limited in the fish and/or seafood section. Aquapark 5 min walk.

Service during the stay was limited, eq no shower gel unless you ask for it. Food was going out of stock quite fast during lunch and dinner. For ultra all inclusive was quite lame that you had to stay in que at the bar in the restaurant to get a beer or a Pepsi, which was from the tap anyway - what would be the reason? Felt a bit as a cost saving option. Sea was a 15 min walk.

Mister "executive chef" , ignorant , 50 portion of salmon for at least 300 persons, cheese platter just for photos, 250 g of Blue cheese, croissant in the morning 50 etc!!

Perfect family holiday! Loads of activities for kids to do, water park close to site, shuttle bus to the beach, excellent variety of food at the main restaurant, staff incredibly polite and accommodating

The food provided at the restaurant by the beach was no where near the one offered at the main restaurant, room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival but towels and bedsheets were changed regularly throughout our stay

Location, garden, food, staff, disponibility of beach shuttle, aqua park, bar, entertainment team and funny spectacles.

Program of beach shuttle not corelated with sun time (the return) but the hotel is not so far from the beach (10-15’ walk). Some problems in room’ toilet with smell from closet pipes.

Our 5-year son liked the kids club and the dances in the evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meals were good.

There were queues for the meals. Kids waiting for french fries blocked everything else.

The staff was very friendly, the food was very good and the pool was great! The hotel is close to the beach, approx. 10 minutes walk and it has a restaurant right next to the beach.

The room is too small if you travel with children. In our case, with 2 children, the room was just too small. An extra space for a family room would have been perfect.
