We had a really nice stay here very busy the first half due to the bank holiday but second half was great, more chilled out the staff were great very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, excellent facilities the pool, spa etc. fairly good choice of food, great view from the room and private beach what more can you say!! Would definitely recommend.

We were enjoying the stay in this hotel already third times. We like the hotel, food, drinks, beach all together. The food selections and quality was excellent, delicious, just great. Improved from last years from good to excellent. Also we experienced the new personnel in the hotel services, bartenders, cleaning persons, everyone is very kind, helpful and fast in each service areas. We were really satisfied, will come back fourth time also for sure. Thank you.

Need to extend the sunbeds area on the beach. Lots of people holding sunbeds with towels and just disappear from the beach for half day or more, especially on the weekends. It is not nice when you could not use the sunbeds and umbrellas when all the beds are occupied with towels, and only few people actually using them. My suggestion to utilize the beach also in front of the southern building.

This is a hidden gem in Golden Sands. A perfect location, with great facilities and incredible view. The landscape was taken care of and beach and pool area were clean. There were only a few people in the hotel, but the buffet had enough food choices. We loved the salads and the soups, also the main courses were very tasty. Though we read previous reviews and expected a not very clean place, the rooms and amenities were clean. The SPA services were also very good. Bartenders and pool people (lifeguards and entertainers) were all very polite and kind to help. Same in the restaurant. Parking next to the hotel, really ok and guarded (money worth) Overall, it was a quiet stay, that we enjoyed. We have visited Golden Sands and when we saw the other hotels, we realised Riviera is really a good place to be (even it is not perfect)

All-inclusive coffee in low quality - but you can pay at the bar for Lavazza No fresh juices at breakfast Water from filters, not in bottles No free water or anything else at arrival Reception desk employees were all stressed, forgot to smile and behaved like it is a punishment to be there. We arrived earlier and were asked to come back later (in a 5 star hotel!) We were the ones telling them our options for an early booking. Rooms are not 5 stars, bathroom maybe 3 stars. Double bed was made out of 2 mattresses. The place has a very high potential, but we assumed there is a low interest in making it a 5 star hotel for real.

The location is really good, quiet and the beach was clean and not so noisy like the rest of the “Golden Sands” beaches. Food was good also, and the staff is helpful.

Like every hotel in the balcans and turkey, you can easily remove one star from their rating. So basically its a good 4star hotel, made almost 20 years ago, and barely modernized/renovated after. just regular maintenance and moderate cleaning. So do not have too high (5star) expectations and then you won’t be dissapointed. The price before the main season was okay. We spent a nice weekend there in early June (the sea is still cold, but enough warm for a quick swim ;)

The location was great and the food was tasty. I did appreciate the beach was clean even if the sun beds are old and a bit rusty. Extra points for the heated pool inside

The carpet was stained, overall cleaning service in the room was not great. The furniture was older than appears in the picture, I booked a double bed and received two united beds with a whole between the mattresses. The towels were also stained. A lot of dust everywhere, so as a general impression the cleaning service needs to be revised

It was super relaxing, care free, well thought out. Excellent food, beach, entertainment, and value. The beds were super comfortable. Daily large mineral water bottles were much appreciated and clear signs that the resort management responds to customer feedback. Food selection allowed people on strict health diets, and people looking for indulgence to both have a blast. Change in selection was greatly appreciated. Most of the staff were super friendly (shootout to the animators), although some of the older staff (lady at the outside bar) seemed extra rude and even resentful to customers. Outstanding internet speed. We definitely hoping to be back!

More details to hygiene would come a long way. Refurbishment of carpets in the rooms, better availability of electric outlets for device use and charge, hooks in the bathroom. Secure internet.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, right by the sea, within a secure complex surrounded by pine trees and lush greenery. The spacious terrace offers a breathtaking sea view. Guests can enjoy the pools, sauna, and excellent dining options. The all-inclusive service is of good quality, with a varied and tasty selection of food

On the downside, the interior design feels outdated, and the bathroom would benefit from renovation, as there is occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes

We were truly able to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach, fabulous pools, and spa facilities. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful with any requests we had. My kids really enjoyed the animation. We had a wonderful time! This is our second stay at this resort this summer, and we are sure to be back next year!

The facilities are very good, the park, the pool and the beach are very well-maintained, very clean. It is not overcrowded. The staff need better training as many of them were not sure what service they were supposed to provide.
