We were really satisfied with everything all round brilliant and relaxing surroundings and room and peaceful and quiet for the most part.

The only minor issues were that the breakfast is not Served in the hotel it is in a partner hotel a few minutes walk away, not a huge deal but at 07:30 most people don't want to walk down and back up a small hill for food, also the barrier at the gate has no sensor so whenever a car comes up to get in the must beep the horn to alert staff to lift the barrier and if the desk is not occupied for whatever reason for some moments a continuous honking car horn can be annoying as it's a beach side resort not a city centre.

The accommodation is exceptional, equipped with a decent television with a digital subscription (with proper settings, we can watch channels at least with English subtitles), a mini refrigerator, a high-pressure shower with hot water, and an ideal balcony for two people with chairs and an ashtray. The view from the balcony in one of the rooms, on the upper floor, was superb, especially at night when the city could be seen. Peace and quiet are another noteworthy aspect; there was complete tranquility both during the day and at night. The pool is clean and not crowded at all, and the reception staff is a perfect 10. Communication in English is possible without any problems, and there were no issues with cleanliness either. Furthermore, the accommodation has an elevator, which was very helpful, especially when you come with luggage. Regarding the location, it's situated about 150m from a small beach (Beach Trifon), but I don't recommend that beach much other than for watching the sunrise. The main, large, and calm beach (Kabakum) is just a comfortable 10-minute walk away, close to a market with reasonable prices. Moreover, you can purchase souvenirs from that area and there are several very good restaurants. I emphasize that it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center of Golden Sands Beach, but that beach is crowded. For peace and decency, I recommend Kabakum Beach, where you also have the possibility to rent a JetSki. I confidently recommend it for a peaceful family vacation.

In my opinion, there was no bad aspects.

Really very comfortable, calm hotel. Rooms is big enough and has quite a lot of furniture, all you need. Bed is good, room is clean. Very quite, fridge gives no sound at all, that astonished me =) I lived near elevator and could not hear it at all as well. It is quite old and renovation would be good but it did not spoil my rest at all.

The only thing i did not like, thought it is norma for Bulagria, the shower is just hole in teh floor and when you take shower all bathroom is wet. There is a window so till morning all is dry, but still not very convenient

The breakfast was as you would expect from a 3* hotel, nothing spectacular there. Keep in mind, as others said already, the breakfast is served in another hotel (across the street - 2 minutes), that's not such a big deal. The hotel has a pool and sunbeds/umbrellas and the water is clean. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The room is spacious and there is also a balcony with two chairs (no table & ashtray). You have AC in the room and it works, a TV and there is also a mini-frigde, but was not plugged in when I got to the room and it had a bad smell in it because it did not function for probably a while. The fridge is not the noisy type to keep you awake at night :D but it's not cooling that much. There are close beach options: Trifon beach and the beach in front of La Mer complex -smaller in size- and also the bigger beach Cabacum - you just need to walk 10 minutes max for that. Oh, and they have free parking with video surveillance as well.

Cleanliness: I don't understand how it got such a big score for cleaning...the ladies that are doing the cleaning are just taking the trash (you only have one small trash bin in the bathroom) and are moping the floor. That's it! When I entered the room, I saw a lot of spider webs and dust spiders on the ceiling. The phone on the desk had so much dust on it that it was grey already. So in terms of cleanliness they should really improve things for the money you pay. Durring my 4 nights stay they did not change the towels once. The shower head is old and has a lot of calcar on it, and the toilet leaks sometimes and it's annoying because of the "waterfall" sound it makes (just push the button a couple of times till it stops).

Excellent room, very spacious and clean, large super comfortable beds! The bathrooms are large, bathtub/shower 🚿 combo. The staff takes good care of the room's and does so very professionally. All in all a recommended place to stay on a budget.

The girls from reception are very helpful, they made us the check-in earlier, as we were with a 2 year old baby.

The breakfast was served at a hotel nearby, but the options, especially for a vegetarian were very poor. No fruits.

Some furnitures were broken, and you can still feel some old smell of smoke

Room was good, also location nice. Staff was perfect too. Young girl new staff was very helpful. Outside had a nice pool too.

Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a wonderful view of the sea.

We had to go for beeakfast in a building 200 meters away from the hotel.

The room is ok for the money. Has all the neccessary things included as soap, towels, tv, air conditioning

The breakfast is basic, nothing exceptional and the selection is pretty limited. The WiFi could have been better. There is a nearby beach, but the sands is coarsee and the water gets deep quickly.
