Nice room

The hotel does not have the level as before; they are already restorinfg the restaurant for breakfast for long time; the position of the airconditioning in the room is on fornt of the place to sit in front of TV. While using the shower, water is spread in the bathroom. The breakfast at a lobby is not confortable, the coffee machines did not work (I think the water is not cooked and for this reason i had always problems bacuse the water is not healthy. The personal is not following the arrival of the guests; there is a kind of indifference; in the past it was better

The wifi was not to the expected level. For business hôtel I found this very disappointing

The location of the hotel is perfect for both leisure (close to the beach and the historical center) and business. Clean, large rooms, excellent sound insulation.

The check-in procedure was not as it should be (apart from that the staff was very well behaved). The breakfast, although varied, could be improved in terms of quality of products served. Their parking lot is small, we didn't find a place (it costs 20 leva per day) but we parked in the public one, right in front of the hotel (16 leva per day and an application is required)

The rooms are very nicely arranged and huge, with great views.

The hotel needs to finally reopen its actual restaurant. It has been ’under construction’ for ages.

The room view as always was fascinating

The bathroom smell like shit! Was discussing! Like homeless people pee in the corner of the bath. And the room 813 was the noises at hole hotel. Elevators and AC sounds all the night.

Location close to the Hall where Medical Doctors celebrated their success.

No tea mugs in room, no milk no enough bottled water for 2 people to drink.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and nice rooms.

Food is very bad. I have been 2 time at the restaurant of the hotel food always bad, not fresh, at all. Restaurant is very cold in the winter. Spa is always full, adults playng ball in the pool and throwing slippers to each other. Nobody is saying anything about that.

This hotel is excellent. We stayed here to use it as a base while visiting family. It's directly opposite the sea gardens. You can walk through the gardens to reach the beach in 10 minutes. It took about 20 minutes to reach the town whete you can find all the lovely restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided in the hotel was excellent with plenty of choice,hot and cold. We left very early to catch our flight home so we were given a packed breakfast each to take with us. There is also an excellent spa area which was very clean and the pool was warm. Finally,the staff are so welcoming and courteous and can't do enough for you to ensure you have a great stay.
