The hotel was top! - Staff were super accommodating, friendly and considerate! - Location is the best in Varna- with a view to the Sea Garden and in the center of the city. - Decor was tasteful and pleasant. - Food at breakfast was so so good! (And I am picky!)

The fitness room is quite small- it only has a treadmill, a bike and some weights- but I was all alone and that was sufficient.

The location: 100 m from the beach The breakfast is excellent People are so nice and do whatever they can to please you.

Design throughout the hotel is beautiful and very stylish which continues into the spacious bedroom. Super comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Great bathroom with high end L’Occitane toiletries. Impressive breakfast with wide choice of food options. They will also make up a breakfast box for early starters. All the staff without exception were great. We also had a lunch and two dinners in the hotel. We usually make a point of eating outside the hotel but after lunch here on arrival was so good, we had dinner here both nights. Food and service was exceptional. Location is convenient for the Sea Gardens and main tourist sights. It is a short 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the 409 service to the airport.

The hotel was in an ideal location within easy walking distance to the Sea Garden the beach shops bars and restaurants Staff were very welcoming efficient and helpful The room was immaculate with super comfy bed.. The hotel has bikes which you can use for free and we enjoyed a lovely ride along the beach front Breakfast was excellent with a good buffet choice Would definitely stay here again

Would have liked USB port or plug point to charge phones next to both sides of the bed..

very nice hotel, modern, clean, spacious room, small balcony to enjoy the view, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good, croissants, yogurt but also smoked salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh juices, capuccino made at the bar...

transparent door at the bathroom, and the sink is in the room:) but was funny and at the end we managed to get used to it

Stayed one night for business and would love to come back for pleasure. The staff, the room, the location, breakfast everything was just perfect. I booked the suite, the hotel sent a courtesy of fruits platter which was so nice, they let me use the conference room for a meeting free of charge. The staff at the reception were so very kind and cooperative. Superb stay, cant wait to go back.

- location is great, close to the central street, beach, park - staff very helpful, we did several modifications to the booking with no issues - not that many options at the breakfast, but they are good quality - staff at the reception always smiling and very welcoming

- unfortunately, the hotel had technical issues and WiFi was not available for almost 24 hours - all the rooms are facing a busy street, therefore there is always some noise in the room, especially in the lower floors

Staying at the mOdus Hotel was an exceptional experience. The rooms were immaculate, staff were incredibly attentive, and amenities top-notch. The stairs are slightly underlit, use the lifts after sunset.
