The hotel was top! - Staff were super accommodating, friendly and considerate! - Location is the best in Varna- with a view to the Sea Garden and in the center of the city. - Decor was tasteful and pleasant. - Food at breakfast was so so good! (And I am picky!)

The fitness room is quite small- it only has a treadmill, a bike and some weights- but I was all alone and that was sufficient.

The location: 100 m from the beach The breakfast is excellent People are so nice and do whatever they can to please you.

Design throughout the hotel is beautiful and very stylish which continues into the spacious bedroom. Super comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Great bathroom with high end L’Occitane toiletries. Impressive breakfast with wide choice of food options. They will also make up a breakfast box for early starters. All the staff without exception were great. We also had a lunch and two dinners in the hotel. We usually make a point of eating outside the hotel but after lunch here on arrival was so good, we had dinner here both nights. Food and service was exceptional. Location is convenient for the Sea Gardens and main tourist sights. It is a short 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the 409 service to the airport.

It's probably the best hotel in Varna.

The breakfasts were excellent! The location is right across from the Sea Garden and everything is walkable. I preferred this hotel as it was modern and everyone was very helpful! I left early for the airport and they (without me asking) prepared a small sack lunch to take with! Their transfer driver was also excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

The hotel was in an ideal location within easy walking distance to the Sea Garden the beach shops bars and restaurants Staff were very welcoming efficient and helpful The room was immaculate with super comfy bed.. The hotel has bikes which you can use for free and we enjoyed a lovely ride along the beach front Breakfast was excellent with a good buffet choice Would definitely stay here again

Would have liked USB port or plug point to charge phones next to both sides of the bed..

The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good enough variety.

The hotel was close to a road so there was the noise from the cars constantly. I didn’t spend much time in my room so it didn’t bother me too much.

very nice hotel, modern, clean, spacious room, small balcony to enjoy the view, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good, croissants, yogurt but also smoked salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh juices, capuccino made at the bar...

transparent door at the bathroom, and the sink is in the room:) but was funny and at the end we managed to get used to it
