The ladies who work there, Aneta's been an amazing host since the first time we went and she always welcomes us with open arms and is super kind and friendly. Location is great for a morning or evening walk into the centre or areas around for places like Martini (the original) Horizont and obviously the beach. Rooms are always equipped and the shower and bathroom in general are spotless and spacious with a awesome shower. Room 103 is our go to every time. We had breakfast this time and it was tasty and warm. Nice to have some traditional BG choices (lukanka, sirene, kashkaval) and croissants. Parking is safe and secure.

Leaving It's a shame about the potholes outside the hotel though, but that's not their land to fix. Just a Bulgarian thing sadly..

This is our fourth time at Hotel Duchess and as always, we are greeted with love, care and flexibility. The location is perfect, having a combination of quietness in the sea garden and access to the beach with a short stroll. The rooms are clean, spacious and relaxing with a great Aircon. I love how spacious the showers are, especially after the heat we got there for the 17 days (37c) Key access in and out of the business is super handy so you can come and go as you please. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to be back there in a few months to see those happy faces.

This will be our third stay at Hotel Dutchess, and as always, they match our expectations and go above and beyond. We booked 2 weeks for our holiday and unfortunately they were not available for both weeks, so we booked our 2nd week at Dutchess. Que my stupidity, I booked the day after leaving the other place so was stuck with nowhere for the night, but of course, they was very happy to help, gave me a room for the night, then gave me two options for the actual dates we were there and moved us just next door (they moved our bags and everything) Rooms - great as always and very clean. Love the large showers. Never had breakfast there, so I can't comment, but the smell of the croissants in the morning makes me drool. Two fantastic ladies run the place, and I hope they remain there for our future visits. Keep up the amazing work. Ще се видим догоина

Leaving

1. The hotel located in a butiful park with some resraurants and close to the beach 2. There is a dolphinarium quite near the hotel and you can have a brekfast staring at dolphins! 3. There is own parking (paid) 4. It is possible to book a hotel cafe and order catering there. The cafe space is very nice! 5. We stayed here in the winter and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom 6. There is an opportunity of contactless check-in.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfeast was with different types of cheese, vegetables, yogurt, milk, juice etc. The parking is big enough to contain all the cars of the guests. The location is great: in a beautiful park, behind the dolphinarium, close to the beach (10 min of walking), with restaurants/bars/supermarket in the area and very close to the bus station.

The conservatory used for serving the breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of our travel with the kids. It is located in the sea garden , just next to the dolphinarium and walking distance to the zoo and the beach.

The family room was actually smaller, than it looked on the pictures. There are two small sized rooms and one of them has really small windows . It filled more like storage with beds. There was no table, where you can have dinner. If thravelling with kids , you don't have the choice to order dinner and stay at the room. But this is only for the family room.

Everything was so easy. We arrived a bit later (after reception working time), but that wasn't a problem. We got a code to enter the hotel. :) The hotel itself was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom was great. It's usually really hard to find a shower which is not flooding... well this one was planned very clever and worked perfectly fine. We were super positive surprised and happy. Breakfast was small and place for it was cozy with local morning show. :)

The hotel is small and neat. The lady who runs it is very friendly and helpful, though communicating in English was a challenge. Breakfast was more than adequate. The big plus was the parking . Had to pay for it though. There is a bus stop just across the road from where you get bus 409 to the center.

Location not near the center or the beach. Ok I guess if there were kids as it is in a garden with the zoo nearby. .

Incredible people. Clean room. Good location: not that close to city center but in the park and close to small market, close to the bus stop. We enjoyed our vacation there very much.
