The rooms are very spacious and are cleaned every day. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I love the location. The pool is relatively big. The furniture is starting to look quite old but it didn't disturb us. Our terrace was gigantic with a view of the pool and the sea. There are enough parking spots in front of the hotel. There's a big supermarket very close and a bus stop with a direct line to/from airport, the center and Golden Sands.

My only issue this time was with the hygiene of the pool. It didn't really look particularly clean the first few days and later over the weekend it was frankly visibly in need of hygienic measures. On Monday they had machines clean it and it looked much better but on Tuesday it got closed and remained closed for three days. We were told there were issued with the quality of the water. The staff were very apologetic but we still missed out this time.

Excellent value for money. Nice and clean, spacious apartment. Nice pool area. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Reception wasn’t 24/7 and was often empty. Local teenage boys kept jumping in the pool and upsetting the younger kids and generally making a nuisance. The staff did nothing about this and this sadly gave a negative impression.

We had a few apartments & some were better kitted out than others. Overall fine one or two minor issues lights not working, balcony flooded,

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Two bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool. Quiet location, close to the bus station and a small secluded beach.

Poor wifi, the cups were dirty, the light in the dining room is poor.

There is a nice grocery store nearby. Short walk to the beach and sea garden. Nice amount of space and kitchen for the price.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke from one of the air conditioners.

Staff were so helpful, location great, near is very small hidden beach. Everything you need is nearby. Taxi to city centre is around 10 levs. Pool was amazing.

Kitchen only had minimum equipment. A bit noisy from the street. But no big deal. The positives outweigh this.
