Gergana complex located right on the beachfront, next to Baltata national reserve providing beautiful view,with spotlessly clean and modern rooms, with so friendly and helpful staff, with facilities that are perfectly organised by obviously real professionals, (bid enough pool,huge own beach,outside bars, lobby bar,restaurant inside or outside with huge variety of food choices that all this were never overcrowded ) gave us the best moments of our summer holiday! Such a beautiful place! Highly recommended!

There is not a single thing that we didn’t like! Everything was perfect!

Staff, service and food were beyond my expectations. Staff was extremly helpfull in every way possible and the food was divers. Beach is right infront. Sand is soft, water is clean and there is a playground for kids. The pool was also nice and there is entertaiment as well. Keep in mind this hotel is for families and older people trying to relax.

Old building - socialist era. They tried to renovate it, but you can't escape the feel of it - neither in the room nor the restaurant. There is a newer part of the building stuck to the old one and all the pictures in the booking app are from that part. Noone answers the provided telephone number in the booking app and noone answered my messages either. The 2 biggest minuses were the elevators - very, very slow and small. The other one was the insects - the rooms have no insect nets and that leaves the option to sleep with the terace door closed or get eaten by mosquitos.

The staff was so helpfull and friendly and the location superb, a beautiful sandy beach and on the other side surrounded by lovely nature and wildlife. A very quiet environment which we loved. Aftef a few small problems the kind manager gave us a free upgrade so we could stay at the newer part of the hotel in a wonderful suite, very luxurous and stunning view!

The elevators were very slow, very small and there were not enough, only two, not enough for the amount of guests. The food could use some improvement, a bit poor on the vegetables.

Excellent amenities - clean, well-organized, and perfectly managed. Special thanks to the animation team, who did great in entertaining the kids and the reception team, who went out of their way to help us welcome an unexpected guest mid-stay!

Food exceeded my expectations significantly. Very comfortable mattresses! Staff was very friendly.

The whole infrastructure needs a bit of renovation. Bathroom and balcony were not very nice. Long wait for elevators.

It was clean, the staff very helpfull, the food was ok, they have also international drinks, beach is very close.

The frogs are quite nosy, on the rooms without see view.

This was my third stay at Gergana. Happy to say it’s now Ultra All inclusive, and the beverages are better, compared to 2019 and 2021. I’ve been upgraded to a sea view room for free, which was really nice. The food and the services remained the same: top notch.

The staff is kind and polite, always eager to help. They provide excellent, highest-quality service, excellent meals, and excellent drinks. Clean and immaculate rooms, pools, and outside spaces. It was a really delightful and comfortable stay.

The elevators are a little sluggish. They could be replaced.
