Excellent hotel, very good meals, kind staff. The Spa good enough, but the outside swimming pool was very cold, the outside jacusi was very hot, and some of the features of the inside pool did not work ( the staff told us, maybee tomorow,but it was to late for us. )

The bathroom layout was crasy, because the shower and the toilet were not separeted. It is a very elegant hotel with the exclusive furnitures, room size, I do not understand this stupid and mainly uncomfortable solution in the bathroom.( if somebudy wants to use the toilet after me had a shower, water was everywere around the toilet.

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. It is a real proof that Bulgaria knows how to treat the tourists. The hotel is clean, silent and comfy. The rooms are big so they can easily host a family with kids. The attention to details can be seen al over the place. The staff is great, very helpful, polite and very discreet. The Restaurant offers high quality services, good and fresh products, covering all the demands of the tourists...from fresh fruits, salads, pizza, pasta made on spot, all type of meat plates, to cakes and ice cream. The SPA area is good size, it doesn't feel overcrowded even with all the rooms booked, it has large sauna area with different type of sauna. The outdoor pool is great and it was hot even if outside was snowing. I will come again!

The spa is definitely a big point of difference with thermal pools, saunas, etc.  The staff is very friendly and proactive. I asked them to help me with a birthday cake and they were very prompt, sorting it out the same day, including preparing a nice moment of service, a greeting card and a bottle of sparkling wine. A big plus for this part.

The area where the hotel is located. Unfortunately the bar was not open. Although in the room (TV area) there was information about the piano evenings, we were told that the bar is closed this season It would be great to have more coffee machines in two separate areas of the restaurant with better quality coffee. There is a huge difference between the coffee served at breakfast ( lower quality) and the coffee served at the hotel's beach bar (for a fee).

Great spa, clean and friendly staff. A wide range of dishes, I loved the hotels’ preoccupation for healthy food and the encouragement to avoid food waste.

It would be nice to have a wider range of options for childrens’ dishes, like non-sugar food or unsalted foods. There are many couples with small kids, they need healthy food.

Very clean, studio room is large, bathroom is very nice. Bed is very confortable, food is very good. Outside Swimming polls are excellent. Air was a bit hot in the interior pool area. Outside terrace is beautiful.

Small detalis, food was not excellent. Some of the food was not very tasty, at 5 stars you would expect for example very good coffee in the morning - not the case, or very good fruit juices, fresh - not the case. 30 leva for lunch is way too much, for Bulgaria. There is not much food variety from one day to another.

Absolutely everything is amazing. DO not listen to the people complaining, they may be too picky. It`s the perfect place food pools spa everything!

This newly built hotel stands out with its elegant architecture, lush garden full of colorful flowers, and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable — especially the beds, which were among the best we’ve slept in. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Access to all areas (spa, pools, elevators) is easy and practical. The beach is just a short walk away, with the hotel offering its own sunbeds and a beautifully decorated path leading to the shore. If you choose a sea-view room, your experience will be even more delightful. The staff are genuinely friendly and respectful. Every day, a complimentary 1.5L water bottle was provided in the room — a thoughtful touch. We also loved the small details like flower pots on each balcony. The in-room smart TV supports Netflix, so you can log in to your account and relax after a long day. The food was delicious, varied, and made with high-quality ingredients. The wellness and massage services were also excellent. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a calm and comfortable stay by the sea.

Top accommodation and SPA. The food is delicious served on a buffet.Great quality and friendly staff. The outdoor hot pool is my favorite.

It was very clean, modern and well equipped. Friendly staff also. We had the half board meals and there was a great variety to chose from even with kids, perfect from that point of view. Lots of activities available. We totally recommend this place.

Pool area rules should be more strict. Not everyone has the chance to get a sunbed because people leave their towels on all day while they’re sitting at the beach. Leaving your towel on as reservation shouldn’t be allowed. That would be the only downside we had as at 8 in the morning there s no sunbeds left. This I also an education matter from people in general so that’s why strict rules should be enhanced by the property to educate them.
