Such a pleasant surprise! We had a beautiful stay at Therma Palace. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, next to the forrest. The room was big and cozy, with AC and sea view. The food was delicious, with 4-5 a-la-carte dishes and self-serve salads, starters, sweets and drinks. We enjoyed the 10 minutes walk to the beach, where we had access to free sun beds and drinks and snacks. The staff was very polite, although not all spoke english.

The only thing we didn't appreciate was the shower - it was in need of a serious deep clean. Lots of lime scale and dirt in some hard-to-get places.

The rooms were very pleasant, with comfy beds, sunny balcony (although it was pointing to the sea we couldn't see it from the 1st floor (only other buildings). The mineral spring pool was open (despite late in season) and definitely recommendable. I appreciated the staff handing me some hot water to make a bouillon when I didn't feel well (the rooms only offered tea, coffee and the like for unjustified prices)

It definitely wasn't a 5 star service, 7 minutes after the end of breakfast i wanted to use the coffee machine, but it was already turned off. I was told if I want a coffee now you have to pay. The spa area opens at 8.30, and the (older) life guard of the pool told us in a bossy tone that the pool isn't open until 9...the nice SPA lady let us enter anyway. We were wearing as required some slippers, but when changing from the indoor to the outdoor pool I obviously didn't put them on for the 5 meters and he got really annoyed dragging me to the sign with all the rules....generally speaking, I think especially in a 5 star hotel, one should only employ people that want to make your stay a pleasant one ;)

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!! The food was excellent and in large variety. The mineral water was warm, including the outdoor pool. The sauna experience was above expectations! Levender, salt , dry or steam- all saunas were super! The atmosphere in the lobby was cozy- with fireplace, many comfortable armchairs, coffee, plenty tea bags ,juice, hot sandwiches few hours before dinner- kind staff ...everything made me feel like in a beautiful story!

Don t have any idea! For the money we paid, the services were beyond!

We are for the second time at this location and we return exactly because we had an excellent holiday last year. The rooms are big and very comfortable, this year there were 2 extra towels for the beach. A special mention for the food: always fresh, very diverse, tasty, every day brings a pleasant surprise. Also, we enjoyed the SPA facilities a lot, which is one reason we again selected this location in 2024.

- in the bathroom there is no towel for foot, so always when we used the shower, it was a lot of water on the floor.

Spa was really good, although the steam bath was not working; water very clean and really warm - very good for families with kids. Big rooms w Very friendly stuff and good services; food very good and freshly made; When we've been there the beach was not ready for the tourists but I assume should be good also;

The parking needs to be improved a bit and the way to the beach; Beach is about 1km from the hotel but in same places the working site nearby was making a bit tough to get there.

The attitude of the staff was amazing, willing to help, to provide fast service and resolve issues that might come up. Great food , excellent taste. The cooks in the front line were very helpful and proactive. Fast service from the waiters, and bartenders. Clean buffet and clean facilities in the restaurant.

Bad smell in the room caused by the mold from the water infiltration next to the balcony. I informed the receptionist and he noted my feedback saying that he will pas the message to his supervisor.

We liked everything. The interior design was carefully made and they paid attention to the details even if the spaces are not huge like in Antalya. Every spot is very clean and smells fresh. Especially the food was a delight for my taste. The pool with very warm mineral water was like a treatment for my body.

This is not a criticism, it is a suggestion to level this hotel from 98% to 100%: from place to place, tiny pieces and tiny spots need renovation, but nothing very disturbing. If you don't pay attention, maybe you don' t notice them at all. I mention this, only because I felt the price we choose to pay was very high compared to other places we traveled to, and I expected to find perfection for this amount of money.

We have a long list of very good things to highlight: - a perfect ambiental music in the whole hotel, including the spa space - very good services at the spa, both included and not included in the price - diverse, delicious, and very well-cooked meals - professional and very careful personnel at the restaurant, spa, and housekeeping - even though the hotel was full, it was never crowded at restaurant, spa or pool

Is it not the fault of the hotel, but of local authorities who didn't care about the suroundings. Is is a wild nature, but TOO WILD! A little care at the grass, bushes, trees, sanitation of common space and paths lack in all Kranevo village.

Nice clean hotel. Confortable mattress. The staff is helpful. Indoor and outdoor pool with Jacuzzis. Small and beautiful garden. Quiet area 10 minutes' walk from the sand beach with hourly transportation. Average brekfast. Lunch and dinner with some pleasent surprises. The hotel beach has free sunbeds and a beachbar with drinks, as well as access to a pizzeria, all for free if you have all inclusive. Drinks included are good.

The hotel needs light maintenance work. Thus, the door from the balcony worked hard and the mosquito net was missing. I loose a half an hour to understand how the safe is working. Maybe some detailed instructions would be helpful because the existing ones are hard to understand
