Highly recommended!!! Good value for the price we paid. Big thank you to managers Veselina (reception) and Guinai (restaurant), bar staf Stanislav and Pavel, restaurant and room stewarts staff....they all did a great job. Very polite and welcoming. As per request, the manager had a little heart shaped towels with rose petals and a huge cake waiting for us in the room, as my wife is pregnant. The food is delicios and good selection of bar drinks. Very good location, close to the beach. Private loungechairs and umbrelas by the beach. Overall great experience!!!

Animation (Junior Tours) was cool, we had a lot of fun with Elena. They were friendly and were very engaging. The location was perfect 50 meters from the beach. The staff was very friendly and hardworking, especially Ajibek.

The room was tiny, the pool was cold, although during the hot days that is not a problem. Coffee was terrible - one of the worse I've tested - buy new coffee makers!

perfect and quiet place, far from the night life. great place for family. hotel has its own reserved place on the beach, which umbrellas and chairs which is very comfortable in respect of seashore rest. Personnel in the hotel is very friendly and kind. special thanks to hotel manager madam Atanasova for helping and assistance .

Overall the hotel was clean, the rooms were fine, there were enough options to choose from when you were hungry, always two different meat options, fish and something vegetarian.

The staff was nice and helpful, there was always somebody who was ready to help if something was needed or if we had any questions. There were some shows prepared, as well as games for the kids, very nice idea, most of them were held only in English and in Russian. Before all, I would put Bulgarian as a first language, I understand that there are lots of Rumanian and Russian tourists, nevertheless there were more Bulgarians during our stay.

What can I say? Everything was very good. Exceeded expectations. Very kind staff, delicious food, nice cleanliness and order everywhere, both in the restaurant and in the room. Hot water pool. In a word, I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone, especially families. We were here for the first time, but not the last!!!

What could have been a little better were the evening shows. Because after two days, you'll miss the walk and sit on the terrace with a beer watching a show. The other is the afternoon pizza and the ice cream. You stand in line for twenty minutes, which is quite uncomfortable. The pizza is delicious though.
