Big room with super nice sea view. We were here off season (june), the room, the pool and other common places were clean. A lot of vegetarian options at the restaurant, we liked the food, don't expect fine dining :)) but it was tasty and various. The area is beautiful, beach and forest meet to create a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed our 5 days here.
Cleaning service was coming during rest time (14:00 - 16:00) so we skip it because of this two times and after that they never show up again. Even if you let the sign on the door "Please clean my room" they don't give another try so we had to accept all the sand that came to visit our room. I wouldn't complain if I would have had a broom.

Great variety of food options, choice of several bars and pools, ideal location on the beach near the promenade. Staff were excellent, super friendly. We happened to enjoy a traditional Bulgarian folk event organised by the hotel as well.

They improved room service and cleaning compared to 2022, good job! It's our second time here and I can say we had a really nice holiday. The location of the hotel is a big plus, just between the sea and the forest.

Big breakfast variety, nice staff, beautiful place with the national park, big animal variety around, the river enters see near the hotel, friendly for dog keepers, free shuttle busses, night parties for every taste, best for families with children.

Loved our stay! Very helpful and friendly staff! Plenty of delicious food! This hotel is very convenient for families with children - easy acces to the beach, kids animation team was very good! We enjoed the beautiful beach! Definitely will be returning!
