I liked that you have everything right on the premises or very near. 7 min walk from the beach. The multitude of outdoor pools was great as it gave people with and without kids options. The pool for kids was the best Ive seen. The room was very spacious, and the single bed in addition to the queen one came quite in handy. It is a huge hotel so prepare to walk a bit to get to the elevators. The spa facilities were my absolute favorite, with the spa treatments getting a 5/5 from me.

The only downside was the smell coming from the bathroom and the fact that the air conditioning was not cleaned so we got a sinus infection from the AC bacteria the second day we arrived as we stayed with AC turned on overnight. Luckily there is a hospital with pediatrics right across the street but that AC full of bacteria is really concerning.

The hotel is great. It has everything you need.

However, some things start to fall through the cracks, for instance the shower heads were partially clogged. It hard to find a table at breakfast because some big tables were empty/reserved. This is very inefficient: if you lock a 20 seat table for 3h, only to have some group eating there for half an hour, then you block other 100 people from using it.)

This was our third year in Flamingo Grand Hotel and we had a great time again. The hotel is cleanly and orderly, it has plenty of facilities to accommodate even days when it's not possible to get to the seaside by providing the spa option, and the outdoor pools. The staff is very helpful and supportive. We only had breakfast from the available meals and those were amazing - a rich buffet to choose from, always fresh food. I would strongly recommend a stay at the hotel.

You need to pay attention when closing the door to the room as it's a bit tricky to make sure it stays closed. It's a minor nitpick, though - we already noticed in previous years and know to double-check if the door is firmly closed before leaving. However we could see a number of rooms where people had not closed their doors properly.

The pools are great as there are a few to choose from. Food was good with a good variety and the menus changes so dont get bored if stay is no more than a week. Rooms spacious and comfortable, the big bath tub is very nice for family baths :)

The kids pool were abit cold and they had to keep coming out to warm up. The towels collection would be better by the pool and not on 3rd floor. Some parts of the hotel are abit old and dated. The coffee machines kept breaking down with only one working at one point and very very slow to dispense casing a big queue, wait 20mins for a coffee sometimes.

Spacious and luxurious rooms, great food, room service and spa center. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The garden with the hotel pools is very beautiful too. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby ( cape Kaliakra for example ) and the beach at Albena is one of the best on the Black Sea coast. I highly recommend this hotel.

As soon as we arrived the staff was very friendly. The same feeling persisted for the entire stay. The room was very spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever. The view is extraordinary, exactly what you expect. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and with a high variety of food. The spa facilities are top of the range and give you a very relaxing feeling. The hotel is in proper condition inside out. Will stay again of course.

We spent the Easter holiday on May 24 here. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was amazing, with every day something different, lots of options, very tasty, and my favorite thing is that each evening you can get fresh fish grilled on the spot. The hotel is big and clean. Inside pool and saunas were also clean. They also have an animation team for kids, which was super nice and engaging for the little ones.

Sometimes, in the bathroom, there is an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer.

The breakfast has a wide range of options available, but the menu remains quite similar every day. The room (deluxe studio) was immaculate and the housekeeper was exceptionally kind. The process of check-in and check-out is simple and hassle-free. The food provided by room service was excellent.

The bathroom ventilation system was malfunctioning. A few lightbulbs, including the one on the balcony, were not functioning properly. After extended use, some old incandescent lightbulbs emitted a burning odor. The insect net had a small hole in the middle and looked old. The entrance to the children's pool has very slippery sandstone, posing a falling hazard. The restaurant's high chairs for babies feature removable tables, but only a few out of many chairs have tables for the baby to eat on. Despite repeated attempts to contact the reception, we were unable to get through. We took matters into our own hands and went down to speak directly with the receptionist.

We were served with sampaigne at arrival, and in the room we had a plateau with fruits, apples, oranges, cherries.The room was executive studio, very clean, comfortable, 2 LCD Tv, minibar, also a separate fridge, electric cooking plate, microwave owen, spacious bath, with shower and also bathtab, another separate service toilet, 2 balcons. I've had half table meals, breakfast and dinner, very good, tasty food, very diverse, also with live coooking.

Don't have anything to name, or maybe the fact that in the room weren't any box with napkins.

The room is big and very comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need. Coffee machine was a great bonus, so our days started with a great coffee and an amazing view. Both pool and beach are very clean, big and fun.

The hotel is not very new and we could see this especially in the bathroom. Would help to get new shower heads.. Also, I was waiting for the water gym in the morning, but this was not happening. Entertainment team could unleash more their potential and make a difference there.
