We stayed at the Belle View hotel as a couple in a double room with balcony located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden and pool. The room was spacious, with twin comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The location was convenient, not more than 5-7 minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach with all sorts of sunbeds and umbrellas, with rates from 18 to 30 leva/set, consisting of 2 sunbeds and one umbrella. They offer parking for 18 leva/day but you can also find free parking on the street. Breakfast was ok, with cold meat, eggs (omlette or fried), fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, cereals with milk and various sweets and pastry; I wouldn’t recommend the coffee or the juice there. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a lot of good restaurants in the area. The swimming pool area is lovely with designated small pool for the kids but there is no bar.

Hotel is located close to the beach and close to the Black Ice Arena ice rink, which was important to us. Pool and gym were the main reasons, apart from the location, that we chose this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. Hotel was clean, breakfast was ok, gym is small but nice and new, pool maintained every day- everything we wanted from this hotel!

Pillows are not comfortable. Also, sound proofing could be better... But what we didn't like the most, was the fact that on July 7th, 13 young man, who were NOT staying at the hotel, came to the pool and started jumping, playing volleyball, splashing each other and aggressively playing with each other so that guests started leaving the pool. After about an hour or so, no actual guests (apart the three of us) were left at the small hotel pool- just the local men. We tried speaking to the receptionist four times, but all the reaction from the hotel management was a mild “please, don’t jump” to the men who literally drove their paying guests from the pool with their behavior.

This hotel is extremely good value for money! Family run hotell, this is a lovely place, simple and extremely clean. Cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day 😊 the pool area is lovely with nice greenery!! There is no proper bar which may be better for some people wanting a quiet atmosphere! There is a fridge and vending machine with various drinks. Breakfast is simple Bulgarian/European with various eggs each day, bacon, , salad, meats , cheeses, yogurts and fruits.the location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend the izvora restaurant nearby. Absolutely fantastic food and ambience. This really is a lovely little gem if you are on a budget! ❣️

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the quiet location—perfect for relaxing. It's also excellent value for money, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service. Great equipped gym (exceed expectations)

The only downside was the mattress, which weren’t very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak for videos However, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

The gym was not ventilated and the equipment was old and mainly for men. In the night it was very noisy. Loud music from the other hotels nearby, people shouting around the pool

The breakfast was alright, the staff was friendly, the cleaning was good. Three large beds - a family of three with a 6 yrs old had no issues with sleeping, plenty of room. Big plus.

No mosquito net on the balcony - fortunately there weren't many mosquitos. The elevator was a bit shaky. The bathroom had a weird smell sometimes.

It is the 4th time we stayed here, and we loved it. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good, tasty (the childhood's taste of cakes, veggies, etc.). The hotel has been updated its rooms- new furniture, new smart TV, very good coffee. The rooms has been cleaned daily, the sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony, as usual, was wide. The pool cleaned daily, safe. The underground parking lot is clean and safe. Very good atmosphere throughout. We will definitely go again next year.

Very clean hotel. The swimming pool was also cleaned regularly. WiFi worked ok and the overall experience was great. You can find parking on the street and a lot of good restaurants in the area. The beach is max 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Maybe more diverse breakfast, but it was better than we expected.

We had a good stay at this hotel and we very much appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Towels were changed every day. There was air-conditioning in the room and a balcony. It is not a fancy place but very clean and our 4 nights here were a good choice. A little minus for us was the coffee but we found other places to have an espresso each morning. A for a 3 star hotel the breakfast was good and we appreciated the fruits we had.
