We enjoyed the food, the staff was really nice, everyone always with a smile, whatever we asked for we received, the room was big, we could move the bed to put it against a wall so our kid can sleep safely, the pool was really nice, the beach super close. A very very nice experience.

The only thing where they can do better is the cleaning, and I mean it could be invested a bit more is more professional tools that can help cleaning the rooms. The cleaning lady was super sweet, she even considered our sleep scheduele and was always coming early in the morning while we were at breakfast, but a professional mop and better utensils would make a huge difference.

Location is quiet and there are plenty sun beds on the beach. Food diversity is little, but tasty. The hotel design is quite nice and common areas look new. Staff was generally very friendly. I really liked that the hotel was not offering cringe evenimg shows so you could enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace. It's a quite good beach weekend gateway hotel.

All our mattresses were stained. Bathrooms are spatious, but not designed properly so you can easily flood around the shower. As I said, food is tasty, though there is very little diversity. The kitchen is very small so it gets super crowded and the bar is quite far from the beach. The pool and pool area are super small.

This 4* boutique hotel with a capacity of 120-150 tourists seems at first sight to be a typical Bulgarian resort, nothing special. But you will quickly change your mind, because you will notice the special care of the staff for cleanliness and for satisfying the customers' requirements. The breakfast was ok, with a plus for the pancakes, crepes, and for that special homemade yogurt. However, as for lunch and dinner, I wanted to personally congratulate the chef. I found him one day in the corner of the bar, discreetly watching the reaction of those serving the meal. Quality, above quantity, is the phrase that would perfectly describe the menu with which the old chef delighted us. Every day we served something different. Diverse recipes, Mediterranean and local, excellently cooked, fresh, healthy and balanced. Menus suitable for both adults and children, for people with dietary restrictions but also for gourmets. We noticed a strict management, oriented towards economy. We received a list of data related to the schedule and rules of the resort right from check-in. These did not bother us at all. As long as we had this information, we settled on the hotel rules and felt excellent. P.S. On the first day we noticed some water infiltrations coming into the bathroom from under the shower cabin. We went to the reception, asked for another room, and were surprised to receive a premium room, extra large, with a full sea view as compensation. This rarely happens, thank you again for everything!

This is not our first visit. It can be said that if we didn't like something, we wouldn't have come back...

Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Very well arranged buffet with a variety of fresh salads and dishes. We find out from the staff that some of the products are from they owned farms and take the products from local producers. The food was so delicious. The staff is young and smiling, always willing to help. There is a small spa which is a private and cozy. Since we were out of season the Kranevo was empty, but the hotel is located right on the beach and there is an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view of the sea!

Sunbeds at the beach are certainly not enough, I overheard about people coming at 6AM to "reserve" a sunbed, throwing a towel on it. There are no free sunbeds at 8AM, so be prepared.

Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

Very nice people, all the staff speaks english and they have smiley faces. The food is tasty, every day we had fresh fruits an vegetables. The whole hotel is very clean. Many thanks to Angelina, realy an artist, as you can see in the picture ! :)

The location was great, also the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great stay with our kids. The beach is close and the water is clean. We had a one room apartment with a small kitchen and a big balcony.

The food should be more diverse, with a kid friendly menu and the tables should be disinfected regularly. Also, when the hotel is full there might be competition for the pool as there are only 20 something sunbeds, and 2 are provided per room, similar situation at the beach. But these are only suggestions, we had a great time!

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Food is actually quite good, if you're a vegetarian there are many options. All in all a good choice for a small vacation.

Wi-fi is either non functional or very basic. Parking is a fuss, but managable. You can park your car in the designated hotel area right in front of the hotel on the street. You got to be lucky to find one free though. Reaching the hotel is a bit challenging, one has to drive through a narrow road next to the beach. The area is extremely run-down, though none of these are the hotel's fault at all.
