We had a very warm welcome from the reception, and were very pleased to find a full kitchenette in the bedroom. There was always loads of hot water, and if we'd wanted to put a wash on...there was even a washing machine. A particular highlight was the glow-in-the-dark wall paper!

The bed was a bit lumpy, but using the extra bedding under the bottom sheet helped alleviate the issue. There is also a lot of building work in the area - which of course is nothing to do with the hotel itself - but it does make it very difficult for pedestrians. (No pavements, a lot of rubble etc) If you're coming by car/taxi though, you'll be fine!

Neli is fantastic. Always helpful. She navigated me with the convenient buses. Normally, the check out is by 12am and she allowed me to remain more. The hotel is near by the place where my son had exams. I really enjoy my stay there and highly recommend the Paralax hotel.

Everything was very good, cleanliness in the room, very nice and kind staff.

- noisy guests - little bit worn down furniture - some single rooms are without windows, so I had to rebook...

The hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a four poster bed and a jacuzzi which was an unexpected bonus! The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious too.

The hotel is not situated in a particularly pleasant area of Varna. The walk to the nearest restaurant was along a busy main road with a very narrow uneven pavement. Not ideal for after dark.

Parking ! Location. Nice big apartment/room. (No utensils). But didn't expect it to have a cooker, fridge etc. and a washing machine. That was impressive. It was like a converted mini studio apartment. Nice balcony room.

We were upgraded into a room with jacuzzi tub (through booking.com). But the bath tub jacuzzi wasn't working. Tried turning it on and no water was coming out from the jacuzzi, accompanied by weird smell. But it's ok, we weren't too fussed.

Huge bathroom with double shower. The room is full of mirrors, comfortable beds. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom was also great. Great value for money.

It wasn’t very clean. A little bit hard to reach by public transport.

Well equipped room with kitchenette and washing machine I didn't expect. Very big room. Clean. The reception always helpful and smiling

The room was spacious and clean. There was a proper kitchen and even a wshing machine. There was a bus stop very near.

The only downside is that the property has four flours but did not have a lift.
