All-inclusive was fantastic! For every taste, for everyone. Wi-Fi with strong signal and reliable connection. Rooms are large enough to sleep well. Beds are larger and comfortable. Staff friendly and polite. All you need is there to relax and enjoy your time around the beach or at the swimming pool. About the breakfast - I usually had scrambled eggs, tomatoes with Bulgarian cheese, banitsa - a traditional Bulgarian meal, Bulgarian yogurt. You also had plenty of different meals to choose from the hot counter. Every day for lunch and dinner there were two different soups, different fishes, vegetarian meals and meals with pork, chicken, beef. You have had everything included in the All-inclusive base. I recommend BSD Holiday Park Hotel for your stay in Bulgaria at Golden Beach Resort.

I liked everything, starting with the reception team and ending with the gentleman from the parking lot. Attentive, cheerful, kind staff, a 10 plus for the restaurant staff, young girls and boys, hardworking and smiling no matter what time of day it was. Good food, pork, chicken and fish at every lunch and dinner. I don't eat meat but I had excellent alternatives, cooked and fresh vegetables of your choice, fruits, cakes, local alcoholic beverages and all known carbonated and non-carbonated juices. I would also like to add that I stayed for five nights, during which time it was also the Easter holidays, and we had red eggs, lamb, including cozonac (even if not the Romanian cozonac, but panettone). In an agglomeration like I have never encountered in the almost 20 years of the Bulgarian coast, the staff was prompt and attentive, I was extremely pleasantly impressed by everything I saw and experienced...

Nothing that can be attributed to the hotel...maybe the weather at the beginning of May (kidding of course)

Lovely stay, good food and entertainment. Everything you would need in a vacation. Pools, bars, animation shows for kids, theme parties on most if not all the nights. The place is clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. The beach is fairly close to the hotel. We got an upgrade for two rooms, to another hotel in the same park, and this one had also a private beach. Highly recommended, definitely will come again in the future.

On the last day I noticed my car was hit, still waiting for some footage from the parking lot from the hotel.

We spent a weekend at this hotel and were very pleased. Varied food. Very friendly staff. Large and spacious rooms. Congratulations to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Optimal value for money. There were always free sun loungers at the pool. It was a great experience and more relaxing because the staff was always there for us. The cleanliness is impeccable. A hotel of 10! The hotel staff we interacted with is a team of very nice people, especially kind and dedicated . They know how to personalize their relationship with the customer. They know how to be attentive. A very pleasant experience. I recommend with confidence.

Perhaps a small inconvenience would be paying for parking for the duration of the stay. It is not a large amount but free parking would certainly be a plus.

The room was nice and clean, with a pleasant smell. The view (sea view, at the 4th floor) was something gorgeous to start the day with. The food was excellent and varied, drinks as well. Teddy from the front desk was really helpful and guided us on all we needed to know for our stay. Lastly, at that price point, we cannot have any complaint. It was the best value for money and exceeded our expectations by a lot!

4 stars is a little bit of a stretch. Then again, we stayed in better 3 star hotels and in worse 4 star hotels. I would advise the hotel staff to enforce the rule for taking towels left on the sunbeds for more than 30 minutes - Although not the hotel's fault, groups of rude tourists who act like they're the only ones there are to be expected. "Reserving" 10 sunbeds early in the morning then showing up at 10:00am shows the quality of those people. If you want to go to the beach on a daily basis, just note that there's a 8-10 min casual walk.

The hotel is very well organized, the territory is not large but has a lot of fun places - two outdoor playgrounds for kids, nice pool, terrace for evening discos/activities. We enjoyed it a lot, very cost, friendly, very positive staff and animators' team!

There is only 1 quite slow elevator for 5 floors. However, this is just something you should be aware of when choosing the hotel, the hotel is still a great value for money!

The staff (ready to serve, smiling and competent), the cleanliness (bedsheets, towels, bins), and the parking administrator (despite not speaking any English, excellent organisation) - very good. The food, the entertainment, and the pool - good. The distance to the nearest beach - acceptable (good advice from hotel reception)

It seems that the elevator couldn't cope with the masses in need for transportation. Little rigorousness in imposing the rules for accessing the restaurant. Massive food waste.

Wonderful stay for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 5 year old)! The room was spacious and included an extra bed for our kid free of charge. It was cleaned every single day by some very nice ladies. The food was diverse and aligned to the different nationalities coming to visit (Romanian and Bulgarian dishes included, 5-6 types of salad per each meal, a lot of fruits and deserts included, 2 dishes prepared for kids 3 times a day). The personnel was very nice and very hands-on. What we liked the most was the facilities: 1. Ground play with trampoline included for kids. 2. Pool available with included activities spanning throughout entire day (Aqua Gym, Polo, volley ball, different other games). 3. Pool bar available from 10 am to late in the evening and included in the All inclusive packages. 4. Mini disco (for kids) 6 days a week every evening. 5. Mini club available for kids (face painting, table activities, pool games).

It takes a 10 minutes walk to reach the beach.

The place we stayed at for our family trip was very good! They had such a wide variety of breakfast options which was perfect for us because everyone in the family has different preferences. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay and would definitely consider going back in the future.

The price was very fair for the service and accommodation.

The food at the lunch buffet is the same as the dinner buffet. The lunch and dinner buffets were repeated for 3 days except for one kind that was changed. There should be lamb or beef food, as only pork is served, which forced us to eat only fish during our stay, which created great boredom.
