Positive: room size, bathroom size, balcony, view from the room, dinner, Bulgarian day in the restaurant, location

Negative: TV set was too small, sunbeds were reserved in advance from early morning or even evening, matrasses on the pool were dirty and not corresponding to sunbeds number.

The suit was amazing. Large rooms with balcony and gorgeous sea view. The hotel has an excellent location, as close to the beach as you can get.

The food was not at the level of the accommodation. Was not bad, but neither tasty or diverse. The coffee was not good at the machines in the restaurant but in the suit you can make your own on a nice pods coffee-maker which was great.

Friendly staff, mostly, the food was acceptable, enough meals to not get bored for 3 days, but it will get boring if you stay more, it was also very cheap, at least in this time of the season. The pool was not cold, at least for me, it could have been deeper but it was ok, also there were the lifeguards wich played music and did entertaining games for the tourist such as darts, ping-pong etc. Even though the beach was not private, you could easily go there and there were even free of charge spaces for your beach towel. The beach was 2 minutes away from the hotel Also between the hotel and the beach there is a promanade wich you can visit in the night, with clubs and bars, be careful for tourist traps!

The spa was not included, and the parking wich was far away, and a staff memeber had to get us there, also 20BGN/DAY, but we already knew this, every hotel does this with the parking.

The comfort of the room, the food for all tastes, and the location near the beach/sea, were the main reasons that made us choose this hotel for the second time. The staff was very kind and responsive to requests. For those who choose rooms with a sea view, they will not regret it, you will be able to admire a sunrise directly from the balcony.

Parking is whit paying by day (10 BGN/day). Most of the surrounding entertainment venues were closed at the end of the season. Among all the facilities offered (and there are many), the GYM part was far below expectations. The GYM room is next to the indoor pool somewhere in the basement, an unventilated space, dirty with a lot of dust and cobwebs, dirty, outdated equipment (some even defective or overused). PLEASE CLEAN IT and select the bad equipment to fix/change !!!

The service is great and clean.

Very close to the beach. The room was extremely big and comfortable. The sight from the balcony was very beautiful. Good food! Traditional night with sea food was excellent! Very clean!! The room was cleaned every day perfectly!

Wifi very bad connection! Sometimes not Internet connection at all! No parking spot not sunbeds at see. Rude and unwelcoming hotel manager!! Door does not lock automatically and no one told us. Tired stuff.

Everything was just perfect, the stuff was amazing sooo kind, communicative, positive,answering on every wish and being always available for you.Am stunned! I am traveling lot and until now this was the best stuff I ever had in any hotel I've stayed.Thank you guys, girls, maids,barkeepers the whole stuff in Marina Grand Beach Hotel, you are the best! I liked everything. Maybe just one Tip; your Bulgarian food was awesome just keep Bulgarian food every night 😊 I just had a bit feeling you are adapting yourself more on Germans and offering a lot German-kind-food which can never ever be so tasty as yours 😉

The food was OK, when something was empty they refilled it quite fast, the room was clean and comfy. The room was big and also had a great balcony. The room was cleaned each day. The staff was nice and helpful.

The sauna was extra, and for just an hour was 35lv / person aprox 18 euro, also the parking was 1 20lv/day. The drinks were not great not terrible (cheap drinks label from Bulgaria)

Staff was really nice. Food was not so diverse, but tasty. For a weekend stay the diversity was enough. We received a free upgrade from double room to an apartament. In the apartment both rooms are very big and the terrace is also large. The bed is really big and comfortable.

The hotel surroundings: the short way to the beach is pretty dirty. One morning the city's sewage overflowed and we had to cross the street through the dirty water. Hotel cannot control this but it impacts the overall experience.
