This is the second time that we have stayed at the Ventura Boutique hotel. It is a short bus ride into Varna centre. Bus stop nearby. We like the location as there are shops in the area and a local bar a few minutes walk from the hotel where you can get a coffee or alcoholic drink. The beach is around a 15 minute walk. Restaurant at hotel was not not open in the evening during our stay.. Breakfast was a choice from a menu. Large bedroom comfortable bed. Staff on reception pleasant and helpful. Very good value for money.

Very comfortable room. Spacey, large bathroom, clean towels and toiletries present. Very comfy and soft bed. We arrived late at night and had a good rest. Breakfast - decent, fresh veggies and seasonal fruits with eggs and bacon.Tasty coffee! Affordable breakfast overall. Polite staff. Minibar. My lover was pleased to have some beer after our long road. Air conditioner working okay. Would definitely come back some other time.

We didn't find the hairdryer, but we managed to use some other device that was mounted on the wall and was blowing warm air when connected. Shower door was a bit stiff, but that was okay, because the shower is big, water running properly.

For us, probably the biggest hotel room we had so far. The bed also is huge. THe room is very beautiful, also the bathroom. Our room was very clean. There are a lot of free parking spot near the hotel. As I understand, they had few parking spot from the hotel, somewhere in the back, but we didn't use it. The breakfast is ok, they have a menu, is not a bufet. For us was enough, though if you stay more days, it might be a bit boring and repetitive.

The location is a bit far from the city center and most of the attractions. So you need to use public transport or car to visit the city. But we knew it before, so for us was not a problem, though for some, it can be.

Good location. Parking availability. Rooms are very large enough to feel good during the stay. The lady at the reception and other staff were very kind.

Breakfast is very week in terms of food variety. Food is very limited, empty service area should be replished more frequently. No cattle exists in the rooms that I didnt understand why?

I booked this hotel because of its craft brewery they told it is there. But brewery was closed (permanently) and hotel restaurant didnt work. So I needed to take car and go to city center, because hotel is located over the big traffic bridge and there is hard to go for walkers.

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was adequate. I was able to find a parking load close to the hotel.

The room is heated by AC, and unfortunately, it was very noisy. I couldn't find a way to close the curtains on the ceiling windows.

The door in the shower area was broken and there was water all over the place. We have alerted about this the next day and they will take care of it.

The rooms were unique and clean plus really good air temperature despite the heat waves from outside, staff was excellent, the hotel is near everything you'd immediately need, also the staff managed and delt with a small situation i've encountered do to an error i've nade but they've been able to immediately help me and the most important it's a very quiet hotel !

I loved the style of the rooms, big and with massive wood floor and doors (rusian luxury style), i highly recommend it and will go more often to it ! The view was great too, bathrooms were always cleaned, the cleaners understand if you wanna rest a bit more, they also help you with anything you'd ask them, none of our stuff was touched which in my opinion it's a really great and important thing, all of the staff members talk perfect English so that was awesome.

Booked it last minute, checked in 30 minutes later and the price-quality was immense. I didnt expect this, i was speechless. The rooms are very big and the airconditioning was working great. Amazing beds which are so comfortable, the pillows could be a size bigger in my opinion. Great bathroom with enough space and big towels. When i am again in the area i will book this again.

We might be a little biased because we are going to this hotel every year for 12 or 13 years already. What I can say is that we stayed three days in Plovdiv first, and then, when we went to this hotel (Ventura) it was like going home. For us it’s like having a country house with luxury room and service because the staff is more than friendly and we already like to call them family, like visiting some relatives once a year. Like every year, everything was perfect for us as regard the staff, the room and the service. Very good breakfast very pleasant stay we took the Deluxe room which is quiet and very large (almost 40sqm) . It was impeccably clean, every day with change of towels and everything and cool because it has a very good air conditioning. We felt like home. We will definitely come back again even if in Bulgaria the prices are getting higher and highe, but the quality of the products and the services is still the same.
