A fantastic hotel where the staff even helped us with transportation from the airport late in the evening. Although it's an older hotel with older furnishings, it has character, and the rooms were absolutely clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we truly appreciate the great staff who helped and advised us. We would gladly return and definitely recommend it to guests who are looking for a peaceful accommodation.

I was happy with my stay. It was a perfect choice and well located in Varna. I was worried about the area a little bit, but it is very safe, no problem at all. It is very close to the city centre or beach, it was very close to the local market, Lidl, etc. I didn't use the public transport at all, it was easy to walk everywhere. Check in and check out was easy and fast, good price. If you don't need a massive luxury, this is a good place to stay. I would stay again. :)

The room and bathroom could be cleaner, but it was ok. Some noise was heard in the night, but luckily I could sleep well anyway.

Very helpful staff - they helped me when I needed parking by offering a solution just a few hundred meters away. Breakfast perfectly sized. 24 hour service was fantastic. Nice and cozy rooms with wonderful bathrooms. Not too far away from the central portions of the city, a 15-20 minute walk which was perfect for us.

Someone had accidentally set the AC to "heating" in June, which meant the first night we got cooked! After google translating the japanese remote for the AC we were able to set it back to default settings.

There is a construction site nearby, work has started since the morning. The staff called early in the morning with a request to remove the car, although the car was not ours

You can park your car in their small car parking and you know it's safe if you pay and if you book in advance your place, if not there is a public parking. The location is at about 30 min walking from Varna city center. The ladies from the reception were kind to help us when we asked something.

Nicley situated within walking distance to the center, about 1k and beach. My shower didn't work but got fixed quickly. The bed was comfortable for the time I spent there. Yana the receptionist was really helpful, always happy with a lovely smile, the rest were mainly miserable.

Rooms smell of cigarettes, and could do with some updating, but it was fine for me for a week and I think a good price. They take cash which is a bonus for me and the reason I booked here.

It was very quiet, and in a good location. Pretty decent room and bathroom size. Hot shower and ice cold AC.

The room have a specific odour, like somebody has smoked very recently. The bed was comfortable, but very squeaky.

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We were a company of 3, so we booked two rooms, which were very comfortable and extremely clean. Since the hotel is in a small residential street, there was no traffic noise. There are restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the city centre is close enough - it took us 5 minutes by car.

I really have nothing bad to say.

Smiling staff and polite services

The room looks ok, but it is time to renovate! Sinks were chipped, tiles as well, bed covers were torn out, parking on spot for more than 1 car is necessary! It is not serious to ask guests of the hotel to go another hotel, pay 15 BGN and use public underground parking, presumably reserved for you, but actually u have to find your spot (if lucky).

The bin men collect the rubbish in that part of the city at 3 a.m. this can be annoying. No lift.
